I think with the climate changes and all we are getting a very nice climate to grow, grow and smoke and grow and sell. Our Governments are just stupid saying no to those taxes. And we are loosing business oportunities that could change everything in 1-2 years and make us among the best producers wolrdwide.
We should have a petition to be signed online for EU to consider making cannabis legal.
This question is always a bit subjective. And it does not only depend on which EU state you live in, but also who you are that influences this subjective take. Some people are very much more subject to being harassed by the pigs for that, no matter which country.
Yes true, but I think you can subjectively compare say Spain and Portugal. Not so much Spain and Poland imo. But I suppose Iām just having a moan myself

If you read what I said, I asked because I donāt know how the other EU countrys laws work.
But anyway, here in spain there are clubs, yes, in some CCAA, in others are not allowed. In cataluƱa are social clubs, but in my zone, in the opposite corner, it is a NO NO. There is no one that I am aware of, if it is by my ignorance, I donāt know, but for sure some laws in Galicia are far from the ones in CataluƱa.
In my zone, if you have the luck to be catched then better have your accounts cleanā¦

I donāt know if it is because I am in the zone where most of the cocaine arrived at UE in the 80/90ā¦ but here if older people see you smoking a joint then you are a ādrogadictā and if they see you a plant then you are a ātrafficantā and they call police directly.
About 15 years ago, a Guardia Civil couple take me to the police station, just because in a search of my car they found two paper books and a bit of hash that was forgotten in the cars globe box years ago, it weighted 0.2gā¦

He was just sentenced by the Misdemeanor Department of the Municipal Court in ***** with a fine of *** 5,000 because on February 24, around 5:00 p.m., he illegally possessed 0.1 grams or 100 milligrams of the drug cannabis marijuana at the rest stop of the A1 highway.
He kept it in the compartment in front of the passenger in a personal vehicle with registration plates from ****. The drug was confiscated from the defendant and will be destroyed, and he will have to pay *** 200 in court costs. It is not stated whether they will ādestroyā it by official burning or whether they will just blow it away in the wind?!
We googled these weights a bit so that they could compare the quantities with some things in life. Thatās how we found out that one fly weighs 12 milligrams, and when it carries eggs, it weighs 15 milligrams, which would mean that the defendant had drugs equal to the weight of about eight flies, or six pregnant flies.
If we convert the mass of the police catch into the mass of ants, then it could be concluded that the amount seized is as heavy as 10 of these valuable insects. As they are known to be able to carry up to ten times their own weight, one ant could easily carry the entire seizure across the police desk.

Where I live itās new you get a fine for small amounts, but itās still in your criminal record, next time you hit on pigs, you know theyāll search you. And youāre on again. Plus before that they used to let you go for small amountsā¦ Drug war is still there and for some timeā¦
