They all look special from here😁
Is this photo from sundown or is my “droopy male” theory holding water? Or potbound maybe? ![Screenshot_20230626_192552_Samsung

Glad I didn’t have a drink in my mouth when I read that:rofl:
Boy those Matori look kinda similar to Malawi. You better marry those😁
That’s a beauty. You should be excited.
Never give up on those dreams. The further away they seem, the more you need to envision them coming true.
Oh! Okay I was late with the water that day and it was in the low 80’s. The Kalamata the male, if it really is one, is almost identical to the shorter female (this plant) I only believe it to be a male because the others gave a few preflowers weeks ago and it steadfastly refuses to.
Yeah that definitely is appreciating the big halide in the sky!
It’s a good sign if your Kalamata male is looking like a female in growth habit… they must be pretty stable given how similar they all look! That’s a rare thing to find for sure.
I have a daughter with special needs so most everything around my house has to be accessible, but after having cared for my 90 year old father in his completely inaccessible house I realised that accessible design is just good design.
I never considered that truth when I built my place. After my accident, all the cabinets counter tops … I found were not designed with ease of access in mind. Now I am trying to rectify that situation before it becomes a necessity for both my wife and myself.
Yeah I think it’s just not something you think about when you able bodied. I was the same before my daughter came along and it was reinforced caring for my father because it just got to a point where it was too dangerous to stay in his own home. Now I realise it can be the difference between growing old comfortably in your own home or ending up in one of those horrible care homes! Like you say it’s a lot more effort to try and retrofit later. I had to move all the power points down, redo all bathrooms and almost completely remake a lot of my house and it’s still only semi accessible.
Years ago I was injured badly. I spent four years in and out of a wheelchair. The “specialists” told me to get used to it. I leaned right quick how my place was ill-suited for my needs. Thank God I had my wife. Young men… a word of advice from an old fart… NEVER MARRY A LAZY WOMAN!!!
She learned how to wire a house with outlets accessible from a chair, build counter tops where I could use them… Now I am back on my feet and can finish the work we started together.
I don’t know if my health will deteriorate soon or down the line but this place will be ready when or if.
@Foreigner ja, sie wachsen im sommer und fangen mitten drin irgendwann an zu blühen. im herbst werden die dicken blüten geerntet, hasch gemacht, du kennst das schauspiel
