Is flushing recommended since it doesn’t have salts? @GreenleafNutrients
Mega Crop does have “salts.” Flushing is optional.
Thanks. One more question why does it have vegan on the bag? @GreenleafNutrients
Organic type fertilizers usually consist of animal blood, bones, manure/excrement, etc… Animals accumulate toxins/metals since they are high up on the food chain, tons of pharmaceuticals are used in animal agriculture, and also just in general there is a disease risk from using animal feces because of dangerous bacteria. So Mega Crop doesn’t have those worries …
few more reasons as well
Incase people was to accidentally ingest it?
2 x White Widow x Critical Kush
2 x CBDream x Critical Kush
Day 33. Mega Crop only! I’m thrilled how they behave so far. Crossing every limbs I have regarding low male vs female ratio
Thanks GLN
I read on another forum that MC was going to be reformulating with more added calcium and P starting some time this month. Is this true?
I hope not, because I have about 20lbs of V2 left and I know i’d really want to try a new formula if they made one.
From icmag a little ways back, also interested cause I’m noticing “issues” or should say sensitivities in comparison to older formulations
@Mr.Sparkle I’ve only tried V2. It went pretty much perfectly last round, but this round I’m getting some issues. I’ve been feeding MC to the max as per their chart (I usually go lower than recommendations), and also blasted them with koolbloom from week 5 on. It was probably a bit much haha
My veg plants are absolutely perfect, and if they show any sign of deficiency I just bump the MC a bit and they come right back. Its hands down the best and easiest veg food I’ve ever used.
I read alot about how you basically can’t overfeed with this stuff, and I don’t think thats true…especially when supplementing. I’ll go back to my more conservative ~900ppm standard dose and slowly increase from there in the future. I think 1.2-1.5g/L is about as far as I’ll ever need to go.
I dont see anything on the website that looks like they have a new formula out yet. It says this:
new updated formula now shipping 12/15/2018
Which makes me think they are still shipping the V2.
I noticed this to. I was going to order another 300g sampler but, its out of stock. I would get a bigger bag but, with my luck the new formula would come out the very next day lol!
I’m going to need a re-up too but it looks like Canadian supplier is out of stock.
Canada 10kg bags will be restocked in about 7 days, the other sizes will be restocked in about 15 days . Updated Mega Crop is shipping from USA stock (10kg and 2500g size) now. Canada restock will be updated Mega Crop as well.
Details about changes will be out in a few days.
Also, we are increasing the free sample size to 500g, instead of 300g. Also lowered prices a lot around the board.
New Bud Explosion 15kg bags coming in 1 week for around $100 (bulk PK booster). 0-26-37 with magnesium and sulfur, we want it to the best PK Cannabis booster available and inexpensive.
Also we have bulk kelp (20kg) and bulk fulvic coming soon.
If anyone is having problems during flower, and not veg, you probably have the dosage too low. Welcome to post some pics we can check them out.
Thanks for the reply @GreenleafNutrients your product is great I’m just really bad at waiting until the last minute to order more. Looks like this time it paid off so I can get the new stuff
I’m actually seeing some problems lately with the v2 formula so I’m hoping the v2.5(?) is better. I feed at recommended EC or higher and it only happens during flower. Happened on my last round too same spotting.
Flushed and lowered dosage but things are getting worse, fast.
Interesting, progressing from the lower to upper leaves?
its Magnesium, you should raise the dosage.
Its sporadic
I’m hesitant to agree its magnesium, as the problem didnt start occurring until reaching a very high dosage (8.0ec runoff)
8 EC seems like 600% the suggested dose, if you are dosing this high then that would be an issue of using way too high of dose. Or maybe its just a large accumulated of salt buildup overtime, which I would suggest try flushing with water until your runoff is around 1 EC.
