I can’t find promix to save my life this year! None of my big name shops have it and I didn’t see it at my giant hydro store either. I had to buy a bunch of tiny bags of Jiffy seed starter soil instead. Last time I checked amazon they were selling promix for like a hundred bucks! I don’t know what the hell size I was viewing but I never paid more than 25 for a giant bale that lasted me a year. Not sure whats going on with hydro soil these days. Couldnt find any sunshine mix #4 either.

My neighbor died 2 weeks ago from cancer. She went fast, 2 months from prognosis. Lung cancer that spread to her brain. She never smoked. My grandmother died from the same cancer. How weird that 2 people that lived next door to each other went out the same way. It was a genetic thing. Anyway, my Man mentioned to me the other day that he was gonna do a 25 push-ups a day challenge for the month of July for the Cancer Society. For some weird reason, my chubby, out of shape ass is really thrilled with this idea and I’m gonna do it too. I figured 10 minutes a day for a month out of my life couldn’t be that bad. Years ago, I was doing 50 with my trainer and remembered when I started, thinking I would never be able to do 2 let alone 50. Well, dammit! I can struggle my fat ass through 25! I’m doing it for myself, but also for my neighbor. If any of you healthy folks (I’m sure 25 is laughable. but still) and especially any of you out of shape or fat fuckers like me would like to join me, I would love it. Hey, I may be middle-aged and out of shape, but I’m not ready to be weak or feable at 50. Honor system of course, but why the hell not? Just a small positive action for yourself everyday for a month. What do you have to lose?

Orange Goji 2 is definitely female. Almost positive the OG1 is as well. Can’t figure out the Iced Cubes to save my life. 2 of them are crazy leafy and branchy. Longest curliest stipules I’ve ever seen. Strange bits that could be leaf could be calyx. No pistils yet on any. That’s all I got today.

Means it probably had an environmental trigger.
My family down the cape has a significantly higher rate of cancer than the rest of the family in Worcester. My great aunt a few years ago, her boyfriend less than 2 years before that, and her husband a few years before that. Her granddaughter had brain stem cancer at 5, maybe 15-20 years ago now.

YES!! Woot Woot! I’ve got all the ladies and actually all the guys at my roofing client on board. All of us are out of shape. You can always do modified pushups as well. I thought same as you… What the hell, it’s 10 mins of my day max and why not have a small positive goal that def won’t kill me and can only make me stronger.

We use nothing. Every year I run a bunch of branches through my wood chipper to cover the soil to prevent weeds, that’s it. Never added anything the the soil in 18 years living here.

Love it! So for practice I did 25 last night. I jammed through the first 10 and struggled through the last 15. I ended up doing the last in sets of 5. Damn it had been a long time! And damn I’m out of shape! But I did it! I was actually really stoked on myself. By the end of July I’m going to be able to bust them out quick, I just know it! Took me a whole 5 mins. I’m not modifying mine. Did real ones. No girl style.
For me, telling everyone insures that I will do them! I’m don’t like talking out of the side of my neck. Holding myself accountable! I’m screwed now. Haha! Just kidding! I want to do it.

You guys I need your help! I can not get a pic, but I think the ground Sour Dubb may be a herm. I see pistils all over it, but at the top I see and it’s microscopic what looks like an upside down banana bunch with hairs also coming out of it. Is this just the eventual bud and those are more calyxs forming that pistils will come out of? The female flower or is it a he she? I thought nanners formed after balls had released pollen and that the nanners were pointed down as if hanging from a tree, not pointing up. HELP ME
EDIT - Everywhere else on the plant is just a calyx with pistils. I only see that weird thing in the top in one spot
