She is looking very good! I think she could probably go another two or three weeks as she still has white pistils that haven’t turned orange or receded yet. One tip I’ve gotten from other growers is to try and take trichrome shots of the bud and not the sugar leaves, as the sugar leaves often amber up faster than the buds and can give the impression a plant is ready to harvest before its where you might want it. Keep up the good work!

Exactly what I intended. I was going to do 1 or 2 weeks but I can push her 1 more week on top of that. I took a tiny lower bud Im going to air dry and sample and hopefully she’s not too far off(2 more instead of 3 more weeks).

She’s smelling like a sour foot now; kinda funky but not that strong but I think thats due to the heat. Temps have been down this week and I need a dehumidifier to keep my VPD on point. I’ll post more tomorrow.

As this grow winds down, 2 more weeks like @Greasy said. With the limited space I only have room for 4 plants and have whittled it down to
2023 is the year of the autoflower. Next year I hope to start out strong with some BBM x VBB regs!
Thought I would try more of that… what’s it called? Socializing? And talk a bit more in thread.

My vote would be for a split, two OG member strains, and two mephisto classics, Walter white and Skywalker OG! Growing other members strains is a great way to interact more on OG.

Day 77
This will be the last week of 1-3-5 feeding before I switch to distilled water only for the last 7-10 days. Will absolutely need a dehumidifier for the next grow as Im outside the VPD range, just barely, for flower and with 4 plants this next grow I will need it. Now time for some bud porn.

Ok, so exciting news(for me anyways)! I was able to hustle extra hard and save up a little extra extra for the coming 4/20 sales and noticed that Gorilla Grow Tents was having a 50% off sales on some of their tents. Lo and behold their 2’ x 2’ 6" x 4’ 11" Shorty, which is an upgrade to my 2’ x 2’ x 4’ by roughly 9 sqft, was on sale. Not a lot to most but when you’re measuring in inches it can be huge. So I snagged that up as fast as I could.

She looks like she has 2 more weeks left before the 
Still has quite a few white hairs on her and little to no amber on the calyx as you can see from the pics. I was hoping for a 4/20 harvest but thats unlikely now. The new tent has arrived and will be going up as soon as I harvest; so excited to have more head room!

Soooooo, I had JUST ran out and I clipped one of the lowers for testing. Does anyone know how to quick dry a few grams of bud?

I’m going to say just don’t, here’s a couple methods but you will get subpar results and it will not be even kinda like the finished product will be
Microwave at 20% power
Hairdryer
Place a fan blowing directly at it
Oven on warm setting
*this is the one I would recommend, if there is one, place in a paper bag or between paper towels and let sit 2-3 days
I used to always try to sample early but always just felt to me like I was wasting buds in the end. Good luck with it!

I made some finger hash instead. Its not much, probably has as much greenery in it as thc but it should do the trick.

I smoked the bud I cut the other day, while this normally wouldn’t be worth telling, this is; It straight up smells like freshly baked croutons with a slight turpentine back end when smoked. I have never had any savory notes from bud before, this is pretty wild!

Welp, I just checked the trikes today and its basically done and Im happy with the amber %. She’s going to get the chop tomorrow and hung to dry.
I’ll be popping the Walter White in a week or so and then 3 weeks later the rest will be hitting the water. Going to do a seed run for Walter and make some crosses with the pollen.
