I think that ideally both plants would go 60+ days, but I didn’t want to push things when I obviously had a problem brewing.

Just enjoyed a rip of the White Grape after an 8 day dry. Really impressed, very strong stuff and very visual come-up. Flavor and smell are fantastic; nail polish remover, artificial fruit candy, shopping mall floor wax circa 1993. Delish!

Earthy mostly, with a really nice hit of sweet red and purple fruit flavors. Like grape gum, nail polish remover, burnt sugar, and a big old whiff of fresh mushroomy soil. Very strong, a really nice complex flavor that isn’t too sweet or citrus.
