i mean, i do mix in the top dress into the top 2 inches of the soil, so it’s… “low till” but yeah! tap water, top dress and let it grow

Man I wouldn’t even count the first few inches, it wouldn’t take long at all for the microbes to recolonize it and you got it down.
I have to say though very nice. I want to have a no till / low till setup like this at some point.

I like to have full control with my feed, have been having great success with salts; Jacks, Peters Professionals, Masterblend and additions of bacteria+fungus+fulvic+kelp. Towards the end of last year I decided to get some bags of Dr. Earth amendments and earthworm castings, so far it has been great.
This easily goes without saying but, its so nice just PHing the water and being done with it; versus weigh this, that, now this again…
About to harvest some organic Sunshine #4 and Mendo Sunshine, I have been smoking on ‘synthetic’ of both of these for the past months will be anxious to see if any differences will be noticed. People shit so much on the lack of taste with hydro, and coco-coir being the ‘hydro’ of mediums makes me wonder if Im growing that poopoo…

Guerilla Fume’ #3 i’m reviving this one, i wish i had kept a clone, not the mom plant from seed where the trunk is woody and fucked up, i think that’s why it’s slow to snap out of it, it is tho!! trying to over-veg my moms to take nice big cuts and keep backups at 2 different locations and see if it’s doable, but look at this ol skool shiiit this one has no pine, all gas, black licorcie, nutmeg caramel vanilla skunk vibe, so potent

oh yeah i forgot to tell you guys that the power was out for 48 hours in my building, it was 90f 90% rH for some of that time, that’s why i’m like… i need to back this shit up… oh aad all of my plant were under 24/0 i’m going to have everything 18/6 from now on, but i’m slowly going down to 23/1, 22/2 etc.

veg day 30, i was worried but pretty much everything is perfect, except the guerilla fume #5 on the far right

i also kept a cold cookies plant, a i-80, a meow, a lime 1 x jaro, and guerilla fume #2, i think i’m going to throw the lime 1 jaro in the flower room later so it gets 52 days of flowering total, that’s when it had that amazing root beer tip, a branch i cut early at day 52 because it hermed, so the earlier the better

Very nice grow log, man. I’ve lurked most of the last 2 months. I was inspired to grab a pack of Guerilla Fume’.
I just popped 3 Guerrilla Fume’ beans, and sent samples to Freeman for sex test at 15 days. Results came today: 2 F and 1 M. They are 20 days old under 18/6. The male will go in the back yard for future pollen-chucking shenanigans, and I have to give one of the 2 female to a friend as part of a trade. So I have been sniffing and rubbing on the girls like a perv, trying to pick the best one, and give my bro the other, LOL. One is a little squatter, smells are the same - not much of any.
Was your best Fume’ any different from the others at 15 days? LOL
Think I will just let him have the pick for best karma.

i still can’t decide what my favorite one is, so you probably got a good one, the stems and smells or frost were never really impressive, until you blow out that smoke you wont know what you got, so practice your patience haha, the really good piney one is straight ugly, dark no frost no good smell, taste amazingly like spruce beer and og

I’m a country-but-somewhat erudite boy from the deep South (lol), so I have no idea what spruce beer tastes or smells like. Is it anything like Pabst Blue Ribbon? Or is that like sasparilla? I don’t know what that tastes like, either, but I always wanted to try it after watching The Big Lebowski. And white russians. Doh!

I remember getting Gainesville Green in college down here long ago (um, er, early 80’s)
very piney nose, red pistils all over (picked too early of course). I’ve had some Florida “crippy” that was very similar - and strong as heck. Fuck you up a good 2-3 hours, ha! We used to key on that strong pine/piss odor as evidence of quality, ya know? But I’ve not had a pine-tasting weed in my lungs for many years, so BRANG IT AWN. My lungs are ready… I hope.
