I have to do take more photo to be a complete update, these photos were from yesterday before I wanted to finish getting the chicken run cleaned up before the snow moved in.
I continued removing the compost from the run, Close to 8 yards worth, with about 10x10 area left in the run to remove later on early spring. I’ll end up with close to 10-12 yards when its all removed.
Since the smaller winter run is covered, It didn’t compost like the outer run
Moved the material outside into the elements. Should break down rather quickly.
About 4-5 inch of the perfect soil.
Whatcha doing? 
Built the 3’ x 4’ screen. using 1/4 inch wire mesh,Roofing nails to secure the screen.
After this first test sift, I will add two more cross supports to prevent sag/stretching.
Feeding frenzy when I take break the soil layer.
Couple shovel worth, Work back n forth with the rack.
Coming along nicely after 3-4 screen fills.
Perfect. This will compact very easily, I will mix it will all my older soil that has pearlite to add some lessen the compaction.
