The stretch time depends on the variety. Some of the more equatorial stuff keeps vegging along for up to 2 months before it starts slowing and setting flowers. I expect at least a month of stretch on average with mine. I think having a longer dark period ,say 14 hrs, will help hasten the process. I’ve heard snowhigh speak about how his flower rooms are all 10hrs on, 14hrs off.
I have the same plan, to up pot once the stretch stops.
