JohnnyPotseed's Test of BudBusterPro

Damn, I’m interested in this

You’re correct VPD is primarily concerned with leaf temperature (hand held infrared sensor) and humidity
(hygrometer). A good temperature gauge at foliage level is usually adequate for leaf temperature.

I have searched a bunch of different VPD custom chart software and PULSE has a excellent one…Would invite you to check out their website

https://pulsegrow.com/blogs/learn/vpd

On this specific page scroll down to the big blue box that says “VPD chartmaker and calculator” and click on the I WANT IT button. Enter your name and email and you will receive a FREE customizable chart. It is fully functional and you can save and use it as long as you like. It’s about the nicest one I’ve ever come across ! Also the site is a excellent source of telling you more than you ever want to know about VPD

Went there and checked it out. Yep lol that’ a damn nice setup /chart/calculator! So I DL’d it. lol

I already know about as much of the science behind it as I wanna know, lol but the chart is another thing entirely…that I can use!
@BudBusterPro/Bob, thnx for the tip, and directing me there cuz!

I’m glad to hear that.

lol. I have a VPD chart on my wall with other “important info”. Since this go-round I have much better control over temp and humidity, that was one of the things I took into consideration. The article linked from @BudBusterPro was a nice explanation though…

After you hit the ‘I want it’ you verify your email and then there’s 3 links to take you to everything you’ll need cuz. It’s way better than my excel spreadsheet lol

ok it’s still a couple days until the next treatment but figured give y’all a look at things
the BB#3 (2nd from left) even though it started life smaller than the other BB#3 (1st far left)
is showing a lot more vigorous growth and size.

The BD (2nd from right) that I use tp replace the dead one (RIP) is coming along and gaining on the other BD (far right)

in 2 days they’ll receive the next dose and I’ll keep everyone posted as it progress, of course! lol

Update time, lol it’s the 7day treatment time again. The plants are all 4 doing fine.
The treatment has been stepped up to 2.5ml/8oz distilled water, per Bob @BudBusterPro instructions.
The treated BB#3 is much nicer than the untreated one, and they’re getting ready to go into bud cycle! The BD is a bit slower it looks like not quite ready for budding. The small one is doing it’s damndest to catch up to it’s bit older sister lol

After I sprayed them two gals down real good I moved all 4 onto the floor since they’re starting to get too tall for the shelf.

here’s the two treated and drenching wet

This shot is the 2 BB#3 for comparison

Sorry I neglected to grab a pic of the 2 BD, but you can see how it’s coming in the group pic
The 2 treated are a bit droopy but that’s just due to all the spraying I did to them lol The weight of the water/BBP

@JohnnyPotseed good stuff. That’s where being a country boy comes into play. I have enjoyed your work. I could say so much. I’ll let you do it. Can’t wait to see the final. I’ll be asking questions. One Love bother.

It’s probably worth it if it even works a percentage

Well there’s an obvious difference in using this stuff. I can’t wait to see a comparison during flower.

Well, they’re getting about ready on the BB#3. The Blue Dream is a bit slower, but that’s because the one died and I had to go with another a few days younger.
Like you said though, it’s going to be interesting to see the difference in budding, and then the test results.

As cheap as this old boy is, if I drop some cash for this you know I’ve been floored by it.
Fingers crossed that I do. lol

If this does as stated, and I gotta say that I don’t think it’s going to ‘fail’, but IF this does do as claimed… I’ll definitely be a customer! Just a little of this stuff goes a long way, so it’d be a damn good return on investment !

Been using this for 2 complete grows now and after I seen he didn’t hesitate to have @JohnnyPotseed have it tested and paid for it, I reordered 50oz. My blackberries went nuts on this stuff. It definitely works for more than just canibus. A must have around the farm.

Johnny, one step at a time, but I have a pretty good idea how the story unfolds…

I think you, as a commercial grower, will appreciate the efficiency and economy of prepairing a larger batch if/when you want to treat your larger number of plants!
Now we’ll just have to wait and see if we can’t incentivise you with some outrageous ROI…
One step at a time…one grower at a time !!

Just the way I like it !! Bob

At the moment, I’m only concerned with how it performs and tests out. Once the jury is in on those two things, the rest will follow. As I said earlier, by all indications to this point, it’s going to do just fine! All I’m seeing is positive results…

Ok, I’ve been thinking about this, with Bob/BudBusterPro paying for the test. Also wanting to keep the financial hit to his generosity at a ‘minimal impact’…
My biggest concern was whether or not it’d pass the full panel compliance test required by the state in order to sell to the public.
The potency is in the genetics, basically, nutrients and additives can raise it a bit, but not much. Knowing everything about the strains.
I see no reason to have more than one plant tested.
If it doesn’t have anything that will cause a fail, then we’re good to go. If it does have something to cause a fail, then so would the other.
So, to end this long winded soliloquy, I’m only going to have one plant tested for contaminants! Since THAT was the only thing I was initially concerned with…

I do want to thank you @BudBusterPro/Bob, for the very generous offer cuz! But I really think one plant tested will suffice.
