JohnnyPotseed's Test of Twenty20 Seeds 'OGRE BERRY'

Ive never tried them, but a lot of people seem to like them.

I was just checking into them a bit, it seems they are ‘self pruning’ of the roots. Which is good, but also in the case of autos, unnecessary. I can see growers of photo-period plants wanting the ‘helping hand’ the Airpots would offer lol
After all trimming rootballs on long vegging photos IS a PITA lol

In the end, it all comes down to the grower’s own personal methods, and choices, many trails lead to the same destination, right?

Very true.

You are correct again Sir! My label on seeds looked like F1 but they are F4.
I have been using the Oxy Pots for over a year now. Just a little costly that is why I still have fabric ones too.
Hope all is well in JP Land
Here is a update on Ogreberry. Looking at my calendar these are 15 days. In the middle you can see the FogDog from @Bobgrows

OK lol you’re ahead of me with em by a week but still close enough for us to see Ogreberry grows, to compare.

@JimIsAlwaysHigh55 are you using BBP in your grow?

@JimIsAlwaysHigh55, That would be 15 days in the Airpots? How many days did they go in small containers? I’m looking at the 4 I have going and at 15 days after the seeds popped, this is what they look like

So either you’re a fair bit ahead of me, or them Airpots are something else! lol

BTW The pics are courtesy of the wife.

Too damn hot in the Shitkicker Shed. My oldest boy is finishing a run then I move in to his indoor tent. You’ll be in flower by the time I get started. Looking forward to watching. Be well brother.

Blessings…

I’ve used airpots. They work. Rapid growth, huge root balls, pretty plants. They are a royal PIA to water. Makes a mess. Runoff is torrential! I still use the 1 gal ones.

Blessings…

Full disclosure: No small grow containers for mine. They have been in Air Pots from the start.
That being said: Last Thursday they did get their first dose of @BudBusterPro .
I am away from home until tomorrow. I will post update with picture.
Hope you are doing well brother.
I will talk to you tomorrow with pictures.
Stay Blessed

Update. The 4 surviving OgreBerry are 25 days old. They look healthy, but due to medical issues I’m unable to do much to them other than let them grow on their own. So we get to see how the strain does with ‘minimal care’.

Update…another of the seedlings has succumbed to ‘SIDS’ (RIP) leaving 3. They’re coming along nicely though and look to be all healthy.

Yep cuz, the wife feeds & waters, tends em… along with the few others we still have going in both rooms. She’ll ‘facetime’ me on the phones to show me the progress etc
I can’t wait to be mobile again, so I can get back out to the ‘farm-inna-barn’ lol

Late uppdate
The wife is doing her best, considering she’s got a lot of medical issues herself. She’s more mobile than I am (barely) so stuff like this is on the back of ‘to-do-list’. But here’s some pics for yas.
Beans popped June 7, so that makes em 54 days old, and 12 days since the last pics. They look good, considering minimal care.

My apologies to all. I’ve been slack in the updates, but as everyone knows, I have reasons beyond my control. These pics were just taken by the wife a moment ago.
