it is citric thai pheno of original haze crossed with silver green vietnamese pheno of black vietnamese.

I would flower them from cuts, thats sure. it saves the place and allows to use bigger pot, healthy root system is crucial… I am talking about soil… I dont believe much in coco and hydro as far as pure haze goes, but if somebody can manage it, then it is master grower…
when I grew them from seed it went to almost 2 meters of the height in 5L pot… cant imagine I would use bigger pot, it would be trees… I dont remember how long I veg them… but I think they were around 40 cm of the height before flipping, not sure now. and still they were not matured enough for flipping… and it shows at quality of smoke…
I think that from cut it is much more manageable… from cuts I flip them after first roots appear…
you need strong light, I like philips sunmaster hps… good results… I have never grew it under led lights, my led pannels dont have that penetration… like sunmaster. Gavita is good too… Tom Hill recommends metal halide… it gives sense, it really needs red/blue spectrum of light… at least last third of flowering.
but I use the bulb, the lightning in this sunsystem. it is called the sun. it has perfect spectrum and good penetration

thats why I make hybrids, as I dont want to grow it indoors… no I dont want… I cant achieve that quality like from light dep greenhouse.
at hybrids I can achieve it indoors… even with mistakes… with pure haze youd rather avoid any ph level swings, too much heat, too much cold, not enough fresh air, not enough room for roots, weak lightning or wrong spectrum of it, all it can take quality down. simply to grow it right, you have to be really experienced with pure sativa indoors… I am talking about flowering phase, in veg phase it grows like weed! hahahaha
hybrids can make it, without ideal condition, easily… good F1 hybrids dont require top growing skills and take some worse conditions like champions… thats why you see that easy to grow hybrids like silver haze are more popular than original haze, as silver is much much much and much more easy to grow. then silver haze grower grows original haze, wrongly and call it hay… we see these comments everyday.
without growing it perfectly, you cant even recognize you got that 10% pheno…
sincerely not every grower can be pure sativa indoor specialist… I saw very very few of them. little group of people…
mostly I saw some not so happy, little tortured in small pots plants. they are proud of it, you cant come and say, hey it is screwed… I dont comment it, they have fun… I go with hybrids indoors yes…
if I am growing at tropics, I would not give a fuck about hybrid or maybe I would grow some aside as exception, but mostly pure sativa cultivars I would grow.

outside when you are located under tropical belt. you need intense light, especially in last phase of flowering, that is the most important phase for quality product…

F***king white flies are my only concern. Outside dam voles, somebody said that if you don’t protect them then you will be right in the middle of bugs bunny cartoon. Funny as hell till it happens to you.

Well we just had two experts tell us about growing " Puro ", outside in the ground & be prepared to pop a metric shit ton of seeds . All of which is difficult for most . As Brother M has stated hybrids make a lot more sense if indoors . Now if I can just find somewhere to buy some . I’m @ 30 degrees N & it can be iffy finishing an equatorial w/o a greenhouse / hoophouse .

yeah stoner I think it is great stuff… I am testing some F13 genetics now, potential parent fro cross with haze, because it has clear headed high with some initial raciness, it is great, but when I am testing it now, I realize how juicy mother is special… I really think that juicy fruit phenos are the best of blue genetics…
and in combination with our neon silver heavy posi thai haze male… it brings some great experiences… and quite unusual effects in these days… in 70s it was rule though…
