Yup this is an awesome cross by @LouDog420 I really enjoyed the ones I grew so far from my pack, super cool that you made seeds to keep this one around! I think the St Jude chucks are superb selections and I’d love to see them all get preserved forward like Lou was hoping with this project alongside the charity fundraising:
I think a lot of the newer crosses I offer will have better luck of bringing keepers out of a single pack. Important to remember I chuck for preservation, so generally trying to keep the widest gene pool around for personal preservation, which just requires hunting more plants to find your personal something special.
Here’s some lineage/genetics research I did on the parents:
The more I think about it, the more I’m appreciating the thoughtfulness of @LouDog420 's choices with the LouDog Sour Chem I’m vegging now. The genetics of that are:
(4SD x Chem DD) x Sour Jack
4SD is Chemdog #4 x Sour Diesel IBL 2007 by Rez
Chem DD is the same but with the Chem D
Sour Jack is Sour Diesel IBL x Jack Herer #22 by Karma
Six parents to LDSC, three of them are Sour Diesel IBLs, two Chem siblings, and a selected Jack Herer in there for some funzies (and probably vigor?). The SD …
After @LouDog420 said my plants were looking Sour Jack-y I did some digging and found this lovely post from Karma about it, it seems to be a plant that, along with the Lucifer OG, he wishes he still had:

Beautiful plant and I can see what Lou means with the look it has, neither of mine have gone purple but the structure is very similar. I can’t wait to try the straight up Sour Jack F2s!
Here’s some flowering progress photos of mine if you want to see two more phenos from the line:
My two (4SD x Chem DD) x Sour Jack that I call LDSC, LouDog Sour Chem have been great plants so far, one was first out of the shell and both have been healthy. I got two phenos, one tall and branchy with longer internodes and lower branches that have caught right up with the tops, and another that’s staying more columnar main tops with stringy lowers and much shorter. Here they are at Day 31 of flowering in 15 gallons of my recycled dirt and ProMix HP-CC/pumice mix:

Finished flower:
(4SD x Chem DD) x Sour Jack aka LouDog420 Sour Chem, 77 days in organic soil under a 550 R-Spec and some Solacure Super B UV tubes, three weeks whole plant hang dry and then a week sweating and a dry trim gets us here, about to head into the Grove bags:

Smoking a fat joint in the garage right now, it’s that old school (for me) flavor, definitely the Chem and the Sour in here, and after half a joint I was telling the empty room in a Fat Tony accent “Lou this is some good fuckin weed…
