This may sound stupid but I would like to have some seeds from completely wild plants from distant lands. Not super potent but completely wild. The possability of finding a gem is facinating to me.
Damn that’s long…
Too long
@Magu …not stupid at all. I have this strain called Andhra Gold super dense chunky buds with long lasting effect that has minimum body high. I am currently not growing long flowering plants and if you would like to grow this gem I’ll be happy to send you some
@PineTarBastard He said he tried to send it and it was returned to him because no one was home. He told me he would try one more time. I’ll remind him. I offered for him to send it to me if he’d like to, to save on postage.
@Magu Indian Landrace Exchange sells wild plant seeds… I bet Shiv has some too. Or Cocogenes…
Himalayans are pretty wild.
@globalhead nice gesture.
Yes, i have a job. And that was over a year ago. Thank you for intervening, your seeds have always arrived.
RC Clark wrote a book called Marijuana Botany in the late 60’s or late 70’s. Very through for the time. You can find it for free online.
I found a male flower
in the larger trimbak female
I found a male flower
in the female trimbak bigger, so I will have to cut it
I totally understand - still, it just want to survive and continue the line…
That is still a nice looking plant.
Just one flower? Lots of work to kill it so quickly…no hope? She’s a looker!
I reproduce red dot, I can’t risk intrusive pollen, much less hermaphrodite pollen.
Gotta do what you gotta do. I’m going to have to kill a couple tonight myself. Got some Malawi hermies…
Oops, looks like nature had other plans!
Those types are okay for breeding So long as male flowers stay along the main stem And are only seen short term. Beautiful plant,
You could do an alcohol extract, so it doesn’t have to be a complete loss. Or maybe some bhang tea.
Checking the uhkrul I found more male flowers. Let’s hope that the other females are more firm in sex. She was the one with the best aroma on the stems of the three with thin filaments. All ukhrul smell like pine resin on the stems, some more like sweet pine, just pine, and even one like pine/turpentine.
That’s a bummer buddy. Sure is tough watching good plants drop one at a time. I got one completely stable Uganda plant for breeding which was tough luck. You have to expect it growing raw landraces, but it’s still a Heartbreaker when it happens. I’m routing for your last 2!
