I thinks I’m going to have to bust out the Space Bucket so I can Baby these autos a little bit. I know they can’t be liking there current home. Only 11 hours of light.
What is that?? She’s beautiful!!
Ha! Never mind it said a few posts later. What breeder? I usually run joti purple Kush but they never turned like that
I’m not sure. @Chronickyle should know perhaps.
@Grizz718 I made you a 2 pack. One is questionable. I will throw it in your envelope.
It’s been so long since I bought that pack it’s hard to remember. A decade ago at least, I’ve often believed it to be from delicious seeds but recently I remembered it also has a chance of being from royal queen seeds. I know positively it is one of those 2. I’m still leaning delicious seeds. But there’s that chance.
What was your ph?
Thanks bro I appreciate it
Its 320 out of the tap. I lowered the ppm to 520 with a water change. I didn’t know how high to go now that she’s bigger. I didn’t check ph it’s been 560-600
Keep on eye on that ph. Will cause more issues than anything else. My plants were usually very happy around 5.8 - 6.0 in water
Ph is always the go to issue. I always felt 5.7 was a sweet spot but the Hopscotch says otherwise. I recommend up her to 6. I still feel like she could eat a little more. Your tap is high so I don’t think it’s a Cal-Mag issue. I actually took the Cal-Mag out completely. I’m sure I will need it in the future.
Can I get a shot of your roots when you get a chance. Did you wash your clay pellets before you used them? The one thing that is concerning me is the tips of your leaves are kinda crazy looking. That might be the genetics tho.
Surprise surprise. I have 3 out of the 4 Forest Candy popped. That’s great. The germ tests in the past on that were bad in paper towels. If you guys like dense buds your going to love her.
I’m going to do some yard work and walk up to my friends place to see what’s going on.
When I get back there I’ll take a pic. I’ve cleaned those pellets twice and theres still a film coming off them. I use distilled water. 3 gallons of it and a half gallon of tap. That’s why I dont normally check ph.
I thought you were using tap for your DWC. If your using distilled water your going to need Cal-Mag. I keep a 5 gallon jug to fill with tap and let it sit for 24 hours so the chlorine can evaporate. You can to. Chloramine on the other hand is something I have heard will not evaporate. You should be able to do a search online to see if they use it to clean your water.
I check my PH daily. If not at least every other day. But since the Maxi is Acidic if I over feed my PH drops so it constantly needs my attention.
My ph is between 5.5 and 6.0. I use a strip with color for ph not an actual meter. Roots are worrying me here they are. I sprayed them off earlier but just a little washed off.
If your ph is at 5.5 that’s your problem. I also used those hydroton clay pebbles. I’ve just rinsed them off and used them. They always made the water look gross I wouldn’t worry about that. Use your strips each time and get that ph above 5.7 at the lowest… What’s your current bucket ph. Sometimes it will swing hard when in the bucket. I use to always bubble my water and mix for at least 24 hours to try to take care of the ph swing.
I use RO water and check my ph every time. I’ve had ro come out of my machine at 6 and climb to over 8 after bubbling for 24 hours.
What do I put in there to raise the ph?
Wow Hoppy she’s pretty!
I can tell you that’s not from your clay pellets. I got money it’s what your putting in your bucket. I stopped using the General Hydroponic Flora Trio. The Micro from the 3 part stains the roots.
You said you stopped using the root stuff. Right? I was using this Myco + and that was making my roots look exactly like yours.
I thought it was my pebbles to at first.
You don’t have any ph up or down?
Yeah man I stopped using that micro crap. I just use that green bag from General hydroponics. I’ve got a red one too for flower
