I do not mean to burst your bubble man, but if i get 5 seeds to

Agreed with MadSci. I got 100% of my Maui Wowie beans to pop this year. They were from a seed trade grown last year tho. I find that gifted and traded beans are better than store bought. Never mind that they do not cost anything more than postage. Mine are a re-worked strain originating from GreenGenesā€™ late 1970s Cherry Bomb. Unusual phenos. Some are all green, some are all cherry red stemed, and some are green with cherry red stripes. They are just starting to bloom now. They smell great. I retained the best male which is all green. They will have sex soon. :fearful: hey maybe i can make a porn video of them being pollinated to put on you toob?

Sadly I do not have a video cam. Will stills work?

I report what is happening. If you have stills you want to post, @PanchoVilla, feel free to do it in another thread.

OK, I will refrain from posting anything here. We are joking about posting on YouToob though.

I hope there is something left of the indigenous people and crops after this week.

One more seedling popped up yesterday afternoon. It came from the first five seeds planted. It took two weeks to show above ground.

Now we have six. Iā€™ll get a picture up just for show.

Here they are and arranged in their order of birth in the form of a question mark. 6 and counting. Iā€™ll add some more mix around the stretched stems.

So 6/10 is getting closer. Hereā€™s hoping vigor is better than germinating. :+1::seedling:

Things are off to a staggered start, @ReikoX. I was surprised by the sixth seedling. I had mentally written off the seeds from the first planting. Lights will be on in about 45 minutes for another look at them.

I doubt that there will be any other seeds coming up. I have six to work. Hereā€™s what they looked like this morning.

Here is hoping for some good females. My buddy gave me some ā€œMaui Wowieā€ buds this weekend. They smelled like mangos.

That would be nice. I grew up in a mango grove.

The little ones are starting to look like something. Iā€™ll post up a picture later. I have a contractor coming to replace our front door. Itā€™s bad form to go down to the grow room while heā€™s here.

The seeds themselves smelled of mango?

LOL, that would be fantastic strain

Buds ā€¦ not seedsā€¦

No the buds I got smelled like mangos. This was gray market stuff, so it could have been anything and they slapped the name on it because it smelled tropical. Never can tellā€¦
