It’s not easy dealing with that loss.

You have to forgive yourself dude, that’s number one with those guilt feelings.

Unless he reached out, you can’t be there for him.

This is why I preach that suicide is the easy way out. However, for the people left behind, it’s devastating.

It’s not your fault, and if you go forward from this and answer the call to help others in that situation or even just share your friends story and leaening the warning signs and tell that to others, you are serving your purpose.

You have already started this thread, hurting, but also trying to help. You’re a good dude, and you need to minimize that negative self talk. Take that pain, and turn it around.

I know this is all too soon for any of this to truly sink in, but you will get past this, and you will be stronger. Use this moment, and grow…and forgive yourself.

I hope you are able to find peace and solace.
