I believe that the O3 will attack any organic material.
Even though itās used to sterilize Operation Rooms and what not, I believe that even if it was utilized you still would have to follow all the sterilization processes.
It is just an extra measure to make sure your work area is sterile.
Damn @toastyjakes! I am hella impressed with your knowledge of shrooms and cultivation techniques. Kraven is definitely the shroom wizard but your presentation of the information is on point. Hell, Iām an old hippie and actually had spasms of understanding! Letās eat some!

Thatās all I heard about when I moved here to Florida was all the Shroons that were around been here for about 7 years and still havenāt got any.

What do you guys think, mushroom fruiting, or contam? im erring on the side of fruiting which would make sense as im due to spawn them around about now anyway

Looks like a pin. Has the jar been fully colonized for a few days to a week? I waited til fully colonized then an extra week before dunk and roll.

Ya I ordered spore syringes from two vendors. The second set was all Trich. I made an outside area and buried them.
The first vendors stuff took two months to colonize a pint jar.
Itās gonna happen. Make a Still air box. Which is tote with holes so hands fit inside. You clean it out with iso them work inside of it.
Donāt open the jar inside. Prepare a bucket of bleach water and put it outside. Dump nasty into hole. Throw jar in bleach. Also any jar will work spaghetti and pickle jars. Two holes in the lids one with rtv and the other with poly fil or micro pore tape. Shoot through the rtv.
If you want to read try Roger Rabbits notes. Itās repeated three times so you learn fast. Idk if thatās on purpose, but it worked for me. Also any Stamets book. Thereās a pic I saw with the work flow that helped me understand better.

Still gonna say, you can do it without one, but failure and contam rate drops exponentially with a pressure cookerā¦ a true one, not those effin instapots

Now, I just need to find some shrooms that are native to the Florida Panhandle.
All Iāve been able to find are out of country distributors, is there here on OverGrow for spores like they do for seeds?
I would prefer to get them from a trusted member who has had successfully runs.
