Pressed hashed like do in afghanistan been done like that for 100 plus years called charas
U basically work it until it turns black…u can youtube it shitload of videos on there
woah uhhh nasty. If I touch hash with my hands I can’t sleep at night contamination nightmares.
I haven’t looked into it yet, but could you do the handling with gloves on?
I’m not sure it’ll turn out black like that without some yummy hand oils.
Yes but u need oven mittens or something back home those guys heat the hash n rolled it on bare hands fuck all that…i press in large glass bottle i just heat the water to like 200f- 250f…and man it taste so fuckin good just like your first ever high
Wait, can you give a lil more details on that, I’m a lil bit confused.
You put the hash in a glass bottle, then press in there somehow? And is that bottle sitting in hot water?
Would love to hear the step by step.
Is this or can this be done with already made bubble hash?
yah you can fill a wine bottle with hot water and melt your hash into a blob. With good hash you put it on your palm and press with your thumb and it turns into a blob. If I want to do that i fold the parchment over the hash and then roll the bottle back and forth on it until it’s a blob.
If I freeze dry the hash it’ll form a blob on it’s own but it’s never “solid” always melts at room temp into a melted ball.
What he said wait let me look for video on it…i know i seen multiple
This is one way…in afghanistan they just melt hash little bit and work it by hand…way too much work…multiple ways to do this
something happened on my way to making another hash batch… I was cleaning out the bags and got some freeze dried hash. Then! I started thinkin’… I wonder if I can see the difference under the microscope? So I got a flake of regular dried hash, and a flake of freeze dried. I was looking around at the samples on 4x objective. huh no difference? I mean uhhh…hmmmm what does it look like at 10x objective? Ahhhh… The difference has to be seen, to be believed. It’s not something you can describe lol!

At this level 10x objective I could really see the difference. Once I saw these images side by side, I could pick out the shelf dried vs freeze dried every time. The difference is the angular lines in the shelf dried hash vs the pillow-like appearance of the freeze dried.
The dried has structure to it whereas the frozen is more of a blob.
with and without flash. Here’s the strange part: The darker looking hash and the lighter looking hash, which is freeze dried, actually appear the same color under the microscope. So here’s an interesting observation, the hash dust the next day in the bag in the freezer is literally white powder.
ok well I am making the batch destined to be freeze dried and hopefully pressed? we’ll see what happens! Been quite a stretch since it was first proposed, but things are on target so far. I put lots of weed into it and it’s a big bud batch, so I should produce quite a lump of excellent hash.I also cleaned the bags several times. They are seasoned now and smell like hash, but the metal grommets are still metal stink. Good thing that part never touches the hash.
I’m fairly pleased…but not as much. I got some stupid green in there and the yield wasn’t as good as I hoped. Of course, I’m also not sure I didn’t make a lame king tut batch lol or a mixture. 'Cause there was a single king tut in the mix.
That picture I took was of the hash in the freezer. I am going to make a couple more batches and freeze them like this as well. Once I got them all gathered I hope I will bring them over to the LP Legal producer site and have a go with their machines.
So I was going to run some bubble tonight. Could I just take my trim and ice water and shake the shit out of it in a jar, then pour it through the bags like a strainer?
yah probably. No guarantee on quality, though. Garbage in garbage out, so they say.
