Black Dolato
What strain is that sure looks good!
og gummy its called.
@PoppaPuff great thread my friend thanks for sharing
Sounds like a weak local not going to bat for there brethren makes me sad
His PPE should be covered regardless of his wage Lord know Iâve trashed 1000s of dollars in tyvek suits and gloves and glasses in my lifetimeâŚif only they bought boots I might have a new truck
Shameful to see trained workers take less than they deserve
Our local has been going to shit for years. Company union these days
Sorry to hear that brother with the lose of union strength goes the standard of living Iâve been called a communist a socialist and even a union thug but I will never be convinced that collective bargaining isnât the way to equality keep up the good fight brother
Definitely, when you see how the private sector pay compares to union for the same job, with pension and health insurance, I donât understand why anyone would not want to be in a collective.
My carpenters union has the best health benefits and pension, in any employment in Nova Scotia, as itâs based on time working not the amount of money earned.
My benefits are top notch. My severance is top notch. Which I why I havenât left company yet(would love a layoff and a 6 figure severance). That and the benefits. My family of 4 regualarly charges sunlife 80 to 100k worth of benefits per year. I hate sunlife. Love spending their cash. CBAâs are good. But if the union doesnât control their own talent levels then its a burden on company and workers. Iâm sort of in between
My favorite is I donât want to pay dues itâs like you wouldnât pay 40 dollars a month to have a pension and a+ insurance
haha my dues are 156 a month. I got a 2 dollar raise at the height of a pandemic and historic low oil prices. Which covers the dues easily
40 dollars is like 156 Canadian right
closer to 400 maple bucks haha
Somehow regardless of exchange rates I still feel like you have the more stable economy
Definitely the more stable society lol
my company contributes 7.5 per cent of my earnings to a dcpp. They match up to 3.5 percent of mine. So for the cost of 3.5 percent of my earnings I get 14.5 percent of my earnings put away each month. In 15 plus years my pension is pretty darn high. Only unions can get this for the common man.
