Week later update… Gurls are doing great!! Roots were growing out of the bottom of the solo cups so I planted them in their 5 gallon homes!!

I learned to soak the pro-mix hp with ph’d water… I made that mistake last time and my ph was around 7! This time my girls are sitting at 5.8.

It just keeps getting better every error you fix. Pretty soon you will have the hang of it and not repeat mistakes. Those dang new mistakes still happen, but keep you chin up. Looking nice.

1 day after my first LST, and the girls are doing and looking great!!
Started my feeding schedule a couple weeks ago, I’m giving them 5ml of cal mag and 1tspn of General Hydroponic Maxibloom per gallon- watered to runoff. I only feed them once every 3-4 days depending on the weight. The problem I’m having is with my PH, every time I water I PH the water to 5.8 but by the time I water again the PH has risen to around 7. How does one keep the PH of the medium around 5.5-6?

Back off the nutes. Let the soil dry out and let the plant grow. No more nutes for a couple of weeks
I wait until dry between feeding, it’s been taking about 3-4 days to dry. I was told that when using pro-mix you have to supply nutes as the pro-mix has none… I did nothing but PH’d water until week 3. Do you think it’ll grow faster with no nutes?

Some of that pro mix has vermiculite and perlite in it and that will hold and release ferts. Yeah I would back off for awhile . Just gotta experiment a little. You’ll be alright

No water yet, letting the medium dry then going to water only PH’d to 5.8…

My 2 Zkittles are starting to flower, blueberry still growing strong… The Zkittles are getting frosty!!

Update… still flowering for the Zkittles and the blueberry seems to be starting her flowering. They all smell wonderful, I know I shouldn’t but I couldn’t help touching the bud for the smell of the trichomes… smells like fruity pebbles!!

Your gonna have some good smoke if it smells like that. I got some smoke that smells similar and it’s great stuff!!

Starting round 2… just a couple more Zkittles from ILGM. I really like how they grow… I still have some blueberry and Zkittles beans for later. Next round I’m ordering some Bubblegum, OG Kush and Jack Herer. I can’t wait!!!

Update…
I finally got the PH to 5.8, I’m just hoping this Zkittles plant bounces back and starts producing some flowers! It’s starting to get frosty on the leaves surrounding the buds. The Blueberry hasn’t starting flowering yet, looking forward to that! My other Zkittles has started flowering then grow like four branches that are now taller than the top!!
They’re at Day 56 right now… I’m thinking another month on the flowering ones, at least.
