haha it’s not too bad, she’s tough!! :muscle:

She’s hanging on but her branches have had just about enough. Still going to be a nice harvest.

Congrats on the harvest my dude! I’ll probably be doing the same here shortly. Good luck in trim jail. Remember you only ever do two days in jail: the day you go in and the day you come out.

This goose is cooked.

With all the rain and wind coming I decided it was time. 5 more days would’ve been nice but sometimes you have to cut your losses. Lots of biomass on this plant. Nice, sweet candy smells. Tropical even!

Spent some time behind bars this week. Trim jail isn’t so bad tho. Slap on some stand up, have a puff and get into it.

Here’s the Goji OG

Trying this paper bag technique I learned from
notsodog on the breeders syndicate. Leave in chunks on the stalks, fold into a paper bag then put inside a large contractor garbage bag. Apparently it preserves the terps the best… we’ll see!

Japhy looking nice! Will make some good medicine for me, my fam and our dogs with this high CBD stuff.

Looking good hope your method of drying down and curing works good for you.
I hang in a 60 and 60 room for 14 days then vacuum seal after trimming.
This method works good in my environment.

Same exact pretty much, but more like 60/70-73 or 60% RH and 19-22C. I can’t get my room that cold. 14 days is good for getting the buds to about 58% RH in a jar. At about 10 days I can get them to about 65% and burp but it’s a lot more work when you have a lot of jars. Prob won’t try that again.

Where do you store your vac sealed bags? Room temp, dark place?

I do both cool dark spot and freezer lately I’ve been leaning to the cool dark rather than the freezer seems the terpenoids are stronger vs the freezer.

Nice, and how long do they last in the bags like that? Do you completely suck all the air out and seal? Or do you leave some breathing room? I’m concerned about crushing the buds.

I’ve got some that’s going on 2 years with minimal degradation. I prefer to bag it in a zip lock leaving a small cushion of air in that bag then vacuum it till it just starts to compress then seal it.

Yes of course! This is the pro style for sure. Thanks for the tips. I’m definitely going to do this. Much appreciated.

Way better than 20 jars sitting on a shelf that need attention plus the extra space required to keep them all .

I went to Grove bags last year. Gamechanger. No more guessing if your little rh meter is right it brings her home 58-62% everytime. No burping. Sorry for butting in but it really cut my time of messing with jars.

Are you a grove bag salesperson?

Honestly, I think they’re for lazy people. It’s not that difficult to dry cannabis properly to be stored for jars in my honest opinion. I’d never spend the money on them but if someone gave me one I might try it. Not sure I believe the hype tbh…

Lol. Totally not but I have screwed up aging before. To each their own

Why? So they can spam me and steal all my personal information? Hahaha jk I’m just being a hard ass but I hate shit like that. Why do I need to give you all my info for a sample? If you want me to try the product just give them away… why should I sacrifice all my personal data for a few bags??

Sorry I know you’re both trying to help but shit like this bothers me. I’ve seen this company all over Instagram promising freebies for peoples data. I’m just not down with it. It’s SUS af!

@Boozer I just realized I sound like a grandpa afraid of email in 1995 lol

I didn’t mean to come off as abrasive, I realize you were just merely trying to recommend a product you’ve tried in the past. Calling everyone who uses them “lazy” wasn’t cool and well… ignorant. My apologies.

Not having seen you chime in here until nearly the 200th post had me thinking you were an some kind of salesman. I’ve seen a lot of them commenting on the posts of the accounts I follow. They even commented on one of mine and I found it annoying.

So tell me how they work and why you like them?

Joe Anyone and a email you seldom use and a friends address.
I haven’t received any spam and it’s been months since they shipped mine .
I guess it depends on quantity of weed your dealing with a lot of jars to burp and check gets old fast , even 5 gallon pails full unless you buy the fancy lids are a pain .

A bag you can seal and forget about and the weed still turns out great ya can’t get much simpler . Should be called stoner proof cause it’s almost impossible to mess up.

@NorthNorthNugs no offense taken. I’m not up and up on this team online etiquette. A lot of times I don’t post because my experience doesn’t allow me to add much useful info. Just a farmer who likes his lettuce. Haha.

so here’s this years outside harvest. I hung whole plant in a room for a week. Unfortunately my rh was too low I like to go longer. Anywho then right into the sacks. I was skeptical so I put little meters in every bag last inside run. Everyone held!

Holy moly. Can’t believe I hadn’t checked in on this thread more often. Whoops! I remember seeing it in June, now it’s done.

Sorry you had bad luck with the PM on the Snow-G. Luckily I got mine down last weekend before anything could go awry. I’m getting notes of the “burnt rubber” with mine as well. Hopefully it’s good smoke for both of us, mines pushing a week of dry and hopefully trimming for cure next weekend. Grabbed a sample nug yesterday morning when spending my weekend daily trim jail service. Maybe I’ll give 'er a taste this afternoon.

In general I had a good impression of Twenty20, but I didn’t get burned by PM. They definately have a theme, of course, it’s probably my growing too. They were among the more sensitive plants when they went outside (especially the Snow-G), but they were vigorous. First beans to pop, first to harvest, most unique smells. Avenue of the Giants stank from her first fan leaves, very potent/pungent bud. Structures on both left a little to be desired, kinda frail stems and required quite a bit of support - but they were honest with that and say trellissing required, and it was. Overall I was quite happy with Snow-G from a grower’s perspective. I wish the descriptions were a little more accurate, especially the scents to anticipate. I think that goes for just about every breeder I’ve seen though.

Just my 2c on the grove bag thing. I went to tons of effort to properly dry my herb this season, but have noticed a positive improvement on the quality of my output doing the “cure” in the bags. I’ve done several side-by-sides of grove vs jar using the autos I harvested months ago. I’m pretty much done with the jars now except maybe in my desk stash. The expense of a few bucks a bag isn’t too bad, I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse them, they are quite durable and nicely made. They’re so easy to work with, better results, it’s worth the cost to me.

Appreciate the detailed grow diary that I mostly missed for some reason. Cheers bud, beautiful grow and happy trim jail sentence to you! We both have commited the same crime, and same punishment
