I grew up where Blue Dream came from, so the culture was always around as a young lad. My very first inspiration was my pops telling me about growing “marigolds” on his parent’s roof as a teenager which emboldened me to try popping a bagseed under a halogen desk lamp. I still remember that thing was like 8" tall with only one set of leaves past cotelydons. Didn’t make it but it was a start!
Years later when I had my own place I found OG and took to it like a sponge to water. People like Tom Hill blew me away with how many years of true breeding they would pour into their work and give it away just to make the world a little better. That spirit is alive and well today, perhaps even stronger. So many community minded members here it’s truly inspiring.

I have been inspired to grow by my father, he taught me when I was young, we would go jn hikes to find new spots that hopefully no one else could find. Now he Continues to inspire me as I try strain after strain trying to find what will help him best. So far blue velvet (blueberry Thai)is the best strain I have discovered for him. This is how he manages his pain to make it through the day. Thanks for bringing up this memory and reinspiring my self.
He hasn’t tried any cbd strains yet. I was considering driving to tyendinaga reserve to see if I could get some to try as he’s running low on the velvet and I’m not even in flower yet. The velvet did horrible outside this year. I just aquired a few different cbd strains this year that I hope to try soon but currently have no experience with them. I have Acdc, cherry wine, freedom dream and cannatonic seeds that I got in trades with people on Facebook. Hopefully their all legit. I have concerns about the cannatonic but feel good about the rest.
My main inspiration comes mostly from 2 personal friends of mine. Louis and Xander. Spent hours with those guys talking and learning. Would never be where i am without them.
