This is awesome, so did everyone let a male seed a female and grow the seeds to get these crosses?

Thatā€™s the idea :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:. Iā€™m about to take some pollen I recievied from members here, to cross with a cross that was made by another member lol.

I just ordered some Friesland from u.k I think ( kwik seeds ) and I am in Quebec ironically, lol I just had trouble last year with a difrent strain with cold, and lack of sun so I figured I could try to add perhaps a blueberry to my Friesland and perhaps use the fries as a base like Jordan of the islqand did with blueberry in a mini scale. Live is so short when you look at it in grows lol so many possibilities. it is cool there is a pollen exchange.

If I do a cross of two strains does it matter what strain is male and what strain is female? Silly question i donā€™t doubt just want to check.

Iā€™ve been wondering that myself, I was thinking about doing a test with reversed females, if being a pollen donor or the mother matters.

Well I am toying around with the idea of making crosses all based on friesland like blue freeze, orange freeze, cherry freeze ect lol but my friesland is feminized seeds so I wondered if I use males of the other strains with they really be friese based or does it not matter? I hoped someone already tried it both ways. I watched a video about how to make fem seeds from my freise females but often the person was getting very little pollen so it turned me off to the idea so i figured get a blue berry male with lots of pollen to make my cross. Friese is a strain no one seems to mess with cus i guess it was around so much especially in Quebec but I had to order it from Europe just to get it and i think that is wrong. So I am honoring it for being proven weather wise and i think it has a special taste to work with.

If you want to use Friesland as your main cross, Get some silver solution and reverse a cutting of your Friesland to pollinate females of all the plants at the same time. Youā€™ll be making more fem seeds.

Once it has roots itā€™s good. Let it veg a week so it has a chance to grow a little and let you have time to spray it.

I raised lots of fish and I run the fish department at a pet store, the whole ā€œSeamonkeyā€ thing does crack me up lol. Though thereā€™s a dark story behind the inventor, saw it on YouTube lol.

Itā€™s not about the brine shrimp, other than the idea is kind just a toy magic trick lol. The secret with ā€œinstantā€ Seamonkeys is they arenā€™t instant, the ā€œwater conditionerā€ pack also has the eggs in them, so you stir them in and let it sit overnight, then the ā€œeggā€ pack has some dye in it to make the baby shrimp visible. The inventor had a shady history but great marketing mind.

It was the drawing that sold me lol
