Thr Purple Unicorns are staying short and compact and all look identical to each other. The 2 taller plants are Black Triangle. I think im gonna pollinate 2 of the purple unicorns and leave the black triangles and one purple unicorn unseeded(hopefully). My plan to keep the one male i have alive and collect pollen is getting scrapped due to not having a place if feel comfortable letting it live. I have too many plant projects in too many parts of my house as it is. But, I do have a rooted cutting of the male for future pollen collections. I will make that happen after this seed run for the few people that asked for pollen.
Ah, I was just about to ask about your male pollen collecting. More important to keep the other plants seedless if that’s a goal. Though pu x bt could be nice to have a few seeds of too lol.
I do plan on making some crosses when i collect pollen from my male plant. I plan to pollinate Hollyweed, Cherry Queen and Black Triangle if i have a keeper out of the 2 i have going now.
Looking great. I think I must be just a week ahead or so. Here’s my PU#1. The PU#2 clone is off and vegging and I’m happy to be able to flower her in the next round.
Be like Bob Ross…a little pollen here, some happy pollen there. If you hit them early at 2 weeks, better do a 2nd round at 4 weeks just to make sure. I’ve got my fingers crossed that pollen works. If so, it will be a true OG Christmas Miracle.

I hit my plants at the start of week 3, hit them 2 or 3 times throughout that week and then once more again at the start of week 4 and I made out pretty good on all 3 girls. Over 1000 viable seeds from each ~2ft tall plant after 11 weeks total of flower. YMMV I’m sure, this was my first time making seeds ever.
Well, maybe i should hold off for atleast another week. Do 3 pollinations total. Use one of the 3 packs you gave me each time. I have not even looked in the package to see how much im dealing with. I did not want to contaminate it.
Definitely had fun reading through this , looking forward to the outcome . One of my first grows was with gods gift. A potent purple indica. I LOVED that grow. I’ll look for some pics
Anyone have any idea how the High is on these? I’d think with the Chem and blackberry it’d be more of a nighttime strain but with that widow in there and it being an f5
Your fine to open it. The pollen is in little plastic vials. 2 vials are pure pollen, and one vial is cut with corn starch. You could easily pollinate all those ladies with just one vial I bet. A little goes a long way. For the most seeds you want lots of pistils. I’ve done it early at two weeks and it’s a good way to do half seeded instead of fully seeded bud.
I’m just going to throw this out there, but one of the things I’ve noticed with PU and PU crosses, is that the fan leaves all seem to have longer, thin tapered points on the end of the blades… does that seem to be an accurate identifying mark?
