Holy crap, how did I miss Black Triangles being grown? My favourite strain so far. Can’t wait to see how they turn up for you and what you think about the smoke. Great work man!

It’s funny hearing y’all worry about the pollen dusting. Shoot. I had a plant herm, pulled the sucker out immediately. I didn’t even see an open flower and almost every plant in my garden got a few seeds. I wouldn’t stress on it too much. lol

Yeah, no matter what u do, I keep my plants pretty separate to minimize exposure, but mystery seeds occasionally are found. The bonus is at least you know who the daddy is LOL (provided you’re only doing one seed run at a time)

that’s probably going to be a problem for people as cannabis becomes more widely grown… neighbor’s pollen getting to everyone’s plants i mean… pollen easily dissipates into a cloud where it can float around for a long time, and can travel really far if the winds are right. I read some study a while ago and i think the record is something like 8 miles, but the conditions have to be perfect… (actually, researchers have found cannabis pollen originating in Morocco to travel all the way to southern Spain, roughly 15-30 days out of the year, during the summer months when the conditions allow it- I think that’s something like 400 miles-) On top of that, it sticks to clothes and pretty much everything else… including bees. I had bees this year all over a male, just coating themselves in the pollen, then flying off to another plant. All outdoors though.

That looks fantastic . Was the smoke smooth and floral?
Looks like a happy foil pan.

The Straits of Gibraltar that separate Spain from Morocco - and connect the Mediterranean with the Atlantic - are only 8 miles (13km) wide. I’ve taken the ferry across. They take the scenic route in order to sell more drinks and concessions! It’s under 100 miles as the wind blows from Algeciras in southern Spain to Chefchaouen, the heart of the hashish trade in the Rif Mountains of Morocco. Not too surprising that pollen could travel that distance under proper conditions
Totally off topic, but Chefchaouen is a really interesting place and visually stunning with all the blue buildings.

When leaving the mountains, my bus was boarded by military dudes with assault rifles who gave me grief about ID. Glad I wasn’t carrying anything I wasn’t supposed to have!

Yeah really smooth with a grape/citrus taste . I lean sativa as a preference but that strain holds a special place in my heart. Last thing I smoked with my best friend before he died. I had to grow it

I am impatiently waiting to dust these little ladies. Minimal stretch on these girls. They seem to kick into flower quicker then most varieties i have been growing. Bright green stocks that turn very dark purple at the nodes/bud sites. Purple bud sites from the beginning of bud development. So far pretty mellow on the stem rubs. Hoping that changes. I honestly was looking forward to a shit smell during flower. I dont know why. I have always loved stinky nasty smelling plants. They usually have the better flavors in my opinion. We shall see. Switched to jacks 10 30 20 last 2 feedings.

This is fun to compare, very similar to yours. These are easily the most recognizable plants I’ve grown. Very neat to see the F5s all displaying the same traits. Such a dark purple. The coolest is the stems how they streak dark purple all the way up. I’m going to try and hit just one branch with pollen and see if I can still get some sensi out of it.
