Not getting much from them in the smells department. Maybe a soft fruity scent but barely anything there. The Cherry Queens in my tent are kind of taking over the smells.

Wait a minute! Are you guys saying that the unicorn is supposed to smell like poop? WTF? When I think unicorns, I think sunshine, rainbows, flowers and candy, not horse shit.

I grew a jungle spice that had a heavy grapefruit smell. Well grapefruit smells like vomit in the cure. So, I’ve grown a vomit strain and a cat piss strain. I guess poop should follow…

What did you grow that had cat piss vibes? I grew up smoking what i was told was called cat piss and it was very cat pissy smelling.

I’m certainly not talking an actual cat piss strain, but diesels all smell and taste like cat piss to me. My strawberry diesels were completely cat piss in smell and taste… at least to me. People I know who work around or have a lot of exposure to real diesel just say it smells and tastes like diesel. lol

I’ve run across the cat piss smell a few times, mostly with C99 and its crosses. I feel like some tropical and citrus smells like pineapple and lemon can cure/age into a vinegary/piss kind of smell.

From my research and others opinions and experience i believe what i was smoking was possibly a phenotype of SSH. This stuff smelled like straight cat piss but tasted very good. The taste is sorta clouded by memory. But, the smell is one i could not forget. AKBB has a strain available he calls aloha catpiss or something like that.

Yes!! To me, Cat piss and vomit are highly sought after smells in cannabis. Everyone I know that has had a cat urine / vomit strain has always really loved it. It is one of those strange things where it’s almost disgusting, but usually the strains have great effect (no one would keep a cat piss strain that doesn’t have good effect, imho), so this association gets created between the effect and the smell/flavor. I know if I hear ‘cat piss’ or ‘vomit’, my ears perk up a little bit.

The Jungle Spice of course eventually cured out of the vomit smell phase. It was pure fire. Too strong for me actually. It was one of those strains that keep getting you exponentially more high as you smoke it. I literally wobbled to the bed from it more than once and woke up with a pot hangover every time.
Strawberry Diesel I thought would outlive me outdoors. Holy shit was it a long budding sativa. I enjoy the hell out of it and any diesel actually. The only problem with it was major munchies. I mean MAJOR. You’ll eat everything in the house and in the morning you have to check that you even have paint left on your walls. lol I gave a lot of that bud away recently to a cancer patient. I love the cat piss taste. Its almost so gross that its sweet and delicious. You really crave that weird taste.
This year I grew a Cheese plant that is just so damn nasty and funky only some real old skool connoisseurs can appreciate. I just don’t see the new school cookie lovers appreciating it. lol

Never grown it before this or tasted it. But, i think we all assumed there would be a poop smell with the PU f5 due to everybody reporting poop smells from the crosses made with the PU f3 dad. Everyone i seen report on the PU f3 crosses stated a human shit smell that cures out. I didnt see any negative taste reviews. Its all new to me.
