Some strains have less stank factor than others, but even they will hit the pinnacle of their scent. The change is noticeable. Same advice as above too, the pistils will change colors. You want about 70%

Thanks everyone, I think I have enough info now to make some more confident decisionsā¦
The buds that are more purple and possibly have more amber do have more smell, whether itās at their best I canāt expect to have that much experience but I feel like Iām in the ball park with your intel and thatās good enough for me! Thanks again!

The amber buds are def done. If indica good to go, if sativa overripe imho. Cloudy is pinnacle of THC at amber it starts degrading rapidly and turns to CBN. More body high less psychotropic effects.

Seeing a lot of milky and some amber in the trichs, I say itās ready Papalag, IMHO.

I think she might even be past due, seems like almost all the trich tops are amber to me.

On closer look thereās a good deal of clear a bit more then I usually like to see and a great deal of white hairs

My first thought was 'those are weird looking trichomes"
But then I wondered ācould those dark bits be growth tips?ā
That sort of ties in with 56 days but need 70 but I donāt knowā¦

Buds maxed the hight of the tent they were hitting the light
Trichs on bud look cloudy , clear , amber
Sample bud I smoked is spot on and strong
Then again I most likely could let it go a week more ( totally out of weed ) but she is now down and hanging to dry
The other tent is about 2 or3 weeks behind
