Your seedlings look good in the sunshine mate. Prime example of overwatering can be seen in my plant on the right. It was started in a peat jiffy pellet and overwatered to the point that I think it’s got some root rot. It’s very stunted so I’ve named her Vanessa after my sister because she’s got no arms.

Wow!!! I can’t believe your seedlings are only 3 weeks old, mine are tiny compared to yours, should I be worried? It’s my first time growing, I’ve never really been very green-fingered so I suppose it’s trial and error
Mine are in a perlite and kelp blend. I think I was definitely over watering them for the first couple of weeks, so I added more soil and haven’t watered them from the top in 3 days. I’ve put water in the tray beneath the pots but I don’t know if that’s enough, I’ve no idea what I’m doing 
Yes they look good. Leave them alone.
