Doctors told me I’d be in a wheelchair at 40 still not in a wheelchair and I’m in my 50’s lol,I’ve had all sorts of motorcycle crashes as well lol
And I still rode a motorcycle never owned a car shit been riding bikes 35 years I would say daily but I’ve not been on my bike for last 4 months,
Last year I broke my foot and 3 toes lol little spill on the bike was in a boot for 8 months

Some guy got caught cheating on his girl with a Fitbit, she noticed his steps took a big jump at 3am on night and put 2&2 together how he was exercising

@anon98660487 My Fitbit has been really helpful for tracking and managing my sleep disorders. It’s also been helping me a lot with keeping my weight on track and hitting my goals. Nice little tool. Glad to hear you’re taking care of yourself man, listen to your mrs. Women usually have more sense than us.

I frequently spend time with my girl’s family’s dog. We have a 3-mile route we take that leads through a nice wilderness area. She’s really become fond of it and I’ve found it’s been a nice way to blow off stress myself. Gotta love having a pooch and a women to be around, especially when your down.
