Wierd, but true facts…
Water tests on the reefs around Cozumel, MX have shown detectable levels of cocaine. Just imagine how much coke has to be done / dumped, to show noticeable levels in water tests on a reef that pretty much is the drift capitol of the world?? (i.e. TONS of currents to wash it away).
