Yeah, I (almost) always decrease lights-on the last couple weeks of veg, from 16/8 to 15/9 to 14/10 and in flower from 11.5/12.5 and then continue decreasing five minutes a week after the first three weeks or so. It just makes sense.
To me, anyway haha.

But my status quo is to decrease a few minutes ever few days.
Just FYI, those are old stock and may be exceptionally difficult to germinate. I suggest doing deep research on germinating old beans and Snow High stock in particular.
Yea i heard everyone has a hard time germinating his gear. I plan on doing a light scuff and soak and then into a wet towel with a heating mat and towel insulator
My one suggestion would be worm castings. Might also require a full crack and removal. Others have had luck leaving in soil for a long time. Best of luck, would love to see it grown!
What do you lay the castings out on?
Should cracking be a last case scenario? If so how many days should i wait before i crack?

There’s a video where a guy did experiments and found 1% worked best to germ cannabis seeds. So he diluted 3% in water. Found it.
In addition, a member informed me that after the hydrogen peroxide bath but before the other medium he finds an aloe vera plant and makes a slit in the leaf. Then the seeds are placed into the slit in the leaf. I left them in for several hours. It is said that gibberellic acid is naturally present in the aloe guck.
I recently germed some GDP seeds from 2012. I now have 3 girls and 3 boys.
