FLC-BX1. I should probably increase the EC in a couple days so they are growing nicely.

Meat Breath, C99 and SENSI!

Here’s the entire crazy bloom room. The sensi plants are out of control! I think they are starting to smell sort of like gas.

The c99 continues to re veg! This time around I can give it an honest go, not bloom out some freak.

Oh I might also grow some genovese basil in hydro? I have about a dozen seeds sprouted, but probably only one will make the cut. I haven’t decided if I’m going to plant the seedling or clone the basil and plant a clone. Plans will solidify when I see what happens with these sprouts. From past experience I should be able to produce vast quantities of the green herb… known as basil that is. I haven’t been growing basil for a couple years, because I am so good at it I produced a 5 years supply in one year, it was insane. Cloned them like mad and grew about 50 plants they were 4 footers.

meat breath got the fat roots!

ok here’s my side project! Hopefully one of these suckers will make it. The large seeds are daikon radish… and you know… I was thinking of trying to grow a root crop in DWC. I never did that before.

clones are cloned up! Love it. The big bud will require some TLC to counteract the rampant neglect.

Here’s the bloom room. I think I got thirty days left or something. The sensi has grown too close to the light and it’s getting all fucked up. I’m just leaving it, so I can document what happens. I’m sure it’ll explain some things to some people when they see the effect… yo my plant did that! heh heh

I cut down that huge hulking gnarly big bud plant in the veg room. The roots were reddish and woody also dead patches. I think from drying out so often probably reduced oxygen from salt crusts over the months and months. Plant totally mutated and stressed! Clones are growing though so it’s into the trash with this mother plant.

Crazed-tooo-close bud vs normal.

Some fertilizer burnt c99 buds! I make sure to water more often lol!

Looks like the daikon wants to be experimented on. It’ll be big enough for hydro, later on today… I suspect.

here’s DWC The next generation.

And my freaky fucking crop! wheeeeeee!

I pushed the sensi plant a few centimeters away from the light. I noticed now it was under the light hood and still gaining verticality. The colas on the sensi plants are starting to gain some bulk now and a strange spicy smell. I can’t wait to see what they are like in the end.

There’s bloom! I’ve cleaned up the veg room and I’m getting ready for planting season.

experimental radish. Looks almost like any other seedling at this stage. Live or die, I’m excited to see what happens.

root porn!!! Look at how the root ball has grown on the FLC-BX1 and and new growth on top. Oh, and I’ve been very busy scrubbing! That’s where the real glory is… scrubbing like a maniac.

Oh the scrubbing  You have eliminated the hydroton for yourself though lol.

Oh my, the hydrotron and net pots were the bane of my existence alright. I remember scrubbing clay balls and the pots would get ruined by explosive root growth.
The radish seedling is really thriving in it’s aquatic environment. I wasn’t sure what to expect! When it grows into a small radish… I’ll… dance a jig? Since it’s a daikon, it might need a bigger container.

wow crazy report! People who are trying to grow the meat breath are saying it’s always going hermie and producing self-crossed viable seeds. The fucking nutty part? It doesn’t do that to me. Gal picked apart a bud that someone else had grown, and the thing was loaded with seeds! Mostly non-viable. So when I did the hash mix using like 800 grams of weed, I checked the seed population. 1 single non-viable seed that was just a pale empty shell. So , just like every other crop I grew. I asked Gal if she had ever found a seed in my buds and she said she’s found a single non-viable seed one time. So… here’s the question of course:
How did they do that?
heh heh. I’m hoping to get an invite to cyborg’s grow, so I can check around and ask questions about the production. I have a sneaking suspicion they are exposing the plants to darkness before the bloom cycle begins to try and “shorten” the bloom time. Resulting in a cascade of stress induced hormone fluctuations.
In my grow, I acknowledge the science behind there not being a “magical” bullet to “force the plant” into producing more, or better, or faster. That’s how I arrived at coma mode growing. I sleep and, don’t fuck around, while the plants grow - that’s my plan.
