the mimosa was on abuela’s list. had to get to it. thanks for offering up a great strain for a great price! this plant has been VERY easy/agreeable and can hang in the spartexas heat. wins all around. i’m really pleased to see it continue to stack and pack after it most likely got hit with some of the lavender pollen. this plant is still going to put on a flower show regardless.
i am fine with this. i’m enjoying the show. it’s been a fun/easy/healthy grow.

Zone 1 - Update
sorry y’all. no pics.
been super (life) busy of late. was unable to harvest zone1 on sunday as planned. got some time tonight and got them chopped.
smelled AMAZING on chop. smelled even better in wash. they are hanging outside drying in the breeze. it finally stopped raining today. everything still drying out. (hopefully my last outside plant dried off today. will look at it tomorrow in the sunlight. fingers crossed)
almost 10 weeks. going to be some seriously relaxing smoke.
i am fine with this.
will try and get photos and a better update tomorrow when i move stuff around.

Zone 1 - Update
AC GDP out, Godfather OG in.
going to be doing some weaving for the next couple days.
did some small improvements to the trellis system in zone1.
Zone 2 - Update
Top Shelf -
AC GDP and Godfather OG got basic training buzz cuts. that will give me a few weeks respite.
the small plants down below are the blue dream and GG4 cuttings. all rooted like champs.
Bottom Shelf -
nothing down here at time of photo, but i will be moving the godfather og clones in solos down here later and the BD and GG4 clones into zone 3 top. godfather clones will be up-potted next week.

quick and dirty update y’all… i’m still in trim jail. thankfully it’s the last plant (purple haze) but it produced a lot, so…
Zone 1 - Update
Week 1 flower
Godfather clones still weaving thru the scrog net. not really any flower sign of note. don’t really expect it. the godfather does what the godfather does… capiche? either way, this will be the first set of clones from this mom after her conversion to ‘full timer’. get some/show us whatcha got.
Zone 2 - Update
Top Shelf -
AC GDP and Godfather moms recovering from the basic training buzz cut. i say it like they will give me some respite, but they’re already defying me with some rapid regrowth.

down below the godfather clones in solos awaiting transplant to 2gal buckets.

xox gdp males will be going out to zone4 to dump some pollen. they will get 2 weeks. i had wanted to keep these males for a while, but i put them in solos without microkote and they have been flowering since getting rootbound… i was unaware of this inherent issue when i dumped the clones in solos. i read some threads here in the interim, and know to correct the mistake.
need to take ac gdp cuts for seed run with GDX#4 male.
just waiting for their turns. then room will be made for winter seed run project.

Flower tent is full of mother plants that got too big. They’re above the lights and 4" from the top of the tent. Should be able to get some clones off them going soon and then i can toss these 6 footers and finally get something flowering.
We didn’t see any deer or bear but I had a great day in the woods and traded strains of bud with a buddy. His GG4 is awesome flower. Really wanting to grow some of that soon.

sounds like a good day.
pretty psyched. got some hi-ya cuts of GG4 going. apart from it being something that tested good with abuela, it’s a great producer and from what i understand makes some really nice crosses.
still trimming outdoor harvest. on the last plant (finally). having to toss a lot. got rot or mold. 
hopefully i can finish tonight. i need a break… and so does my ass from sitting in this friggin chair. damn.

i have not started with any of my crosses but one. i found someone who could test the AC GDP x XOX GDP (kens x norcal) cross i made.
i had intended to get started on my crosses next spring, but i ended up getting my hands on some of abuela’s missing strains, so will extend the strain testing phase one more year.
if i had generated more seed from your pollen i would have gladly sent you some. only produced 15 seeds with the cross. i’ll happily split the pile with you if you would like to/can get started on them? let me know. curious what those will produce.

Yeah, it was the same for me when I got Guerilla Fumes pollen from the states. I also got around 15 seeds in total from 8 plants 
Thank you for the thoughtful offer, but I think you’ll need those 15. I would be very interested in what ever you use them for though. I will also continue the Ken’s GDP F2 x PU BX1 F2 line I made with the same pollen, that I call Papa Urkle. It’s going to take a bit of a different way and focusing on isolating the Purple flowers to make a Purple breeding line for others to use in the future.
