There are probably traits of Red point or punta roja on plants all over Central America Honduras, Guatemala ,ye all the banana republics and with Belize and Chiapas…there is a corridor of promise.

Oh speaking of Sinaloa. I have several heirlooms that I collected in the early 90’s from there. One is a crazy purple and green swirl color in the buds. Those have been heavily influenced by other varieties because it’s a commercial growing zone. They sent people to Holland for thousands of seeds every few years.
