This is what I’m getting in my 2x4 main tent (with a different app, it seems) at about 12"
And what I’m getting in my 2x2 cabinet at about 18"
I doubt these things are very accurate, though I am curious if they have some value for us.

Try multiple devices? I found my Amazon tablet read best, you can just find out what your lights are supposed to hit and calibrate from there.

heh, and here I am pushing 80k in a 3x3 
Definitely not sure on the accuracy of the phones and apps… I have a klein FC/Lux meter but it only reads up to 40k and thats like half way down my canopy.

Yeah mine can kick out 40k but I turned it right down to 16k for the past two days cause I got a bit too much bleaching but they are getting darker now still in the seedling stage though so It’s gonna go up.It’s important to remember lux doesn’t actually show what s being given to the plants but a measurement of what we can see of it.

ah yeah you have to increase it slowly, 1-2k lux/day or like 5-10w/day at most imo. I started at like 120w and 2-ish ft away and slowly got it up to 320w-340w by like two weeks into stretch. Just have to play with the power and light heights and see how she responds. I never got any bleaching from doing it this way. I’ve found for this particular girl i’m growing she likes to be about 320w at ~18 inches in full flower. Any more than that and I get a lot of taco’ing even though the temps are low 70’s. Going past 350w causes it real hard and fast, she’ll start turning leaves over to slow down.

Well they may be pretty accurate or atleast amoungst themselves I got 16062 again maybe my light just sucks lol it was both free and a couple years old …flowers don’t seem to mind

Could be a big difference in our phone’s sensors too. Doesn’t matter as long as the plants are happy, I suppose

Must’ve came from one of them males cuz none of them girls had puppy breath.

It had it on a stem rub a while back but this morning it was pretty overpowering lol after opening up the tent and watering it’s no where near as strong
