3) well, the CBD could stemm also from the northern Viet, wich we dont know when collected, hence hybridisation can happen anywhere anytime… hence the cbd in it …

The guy was very confident Afghan was used with a Vietnamese to make Viet Black.
As you know, most pot in the area is used for pig feed. I think it’s this type of land race that can hold the magic, when you get lucky and find that 1 in a 100 plant. It’s my belief that French Plantation owners worked with this local landrace and found the potent types and isolated them, but on average potency isn’t very good. That isn’t speaking ill of the landrace. The Thai I grew was not very potent on average either. In fact, very few of the landrace strains I have grown have been potent on average. Usually 25% shit, 50% to give away to light smokers, 15% very good, and 10% great or excellent.
Note… I would say the same thing about all the strains I ever bought from western seed banks

the screnshot you posted was IN MY EYES not very confident where he said Afghan was used…
it really sounded like a guess. he was like going trough different vietnamese things (relation to laos/ chines not beeing in vientnamese geenpool/, dalat beeing weak weed) and at the very end of the screenshot he mentiones Afghani ONCE, to explain you why some vietnamese findings are fatleaved/ or i actually mean he explained why you came to the idea that there is Chineese inside it. Man my english is too bad, he just wanted to say: its fatleaved so there is afghani in it, atleast that was my most realistic interpretation… wich is a typical assumtion some guys make…
Your justification why he calls dallat weak, is ok, i always am open for different explonatins why he said Dalat weak… HOWEVER a guy claiming to know all and everything about Vietnamese (he did that) , mentioning the POTENTIONALLY trippyest weed on earth not by its potential, but the average… is not very good in speaking/representing truths… I dont mean he lies, i say, he is not representing truths well… he just forgot to mention the trippyest weed on earth… lol
( 3, 4 guys, have told me the best of Vietnam comes from Dalat, the mountagnards, the black hmong… (mountagnards and hmong are two names for the same Thing, a tribe in Dalat) . Also multiple other people hve told me vietnam has tripweed…
