UFS has a week cure on it and beautiful bright green hard nuggets. Smoke is very smooth the starts to expand in your lungs until your forced to blow out before a caughing fit. Still not the Skunk Funk RKS we all remember but a very nice slice of the past as I had a lot of MC contacts and this is probably the origin of the Red hair skunk that used to flood the market a few times a year here in the enchanted mitten. I’ll be keeping it in the rotation as it’s a nice evening Med.

This is the current state of the Jungle, myriad of plants going through. Several versions of the BP f2 many showing the structure o selected for on first cross back. Have a few Kona Gold, UFS, Master Kush and darkstar. The very back corner is a cut of French Cookies, and a single Underdog from a friends garden.
New LED veg room is getting dialed in and the boss says the Electric bill has come down a bit

Mystery is solved on the loud oily plant, when I chopped the root ball I found the tag encased, it is Appalachian Super Skunk, definatly has that RKS burning rubber and hints of the acrid skunk but not quite, more rotting fruit or meat.

Most of these are a Cross I made with a members Platinum Pineapple F4 x Blue Lights ( Northern Lights x early blueberry). Others are singles of Banana Kush

Pulled 9 plants on my first perpetual cycle starting this month. I have 2-3 more that will be ready in the next few weeks. This is why I like a perpetual grow because I can jar some top shelf smoke and also run batches for my projects. I should get two harvest of 4-6 plants a month. The new bigger LED veg room allows me to grow them for 2-4 weeks before they get in The Jungle

I’ll get some pics of the Brutal paw F2 structure for ya. Will have another batch of 3 to cut in another month. They are as wide as they are tall (3’).

I’ve found running this way I need 5 stages to get two harvest with the cycle of Sativas being longer.
1 - seedlings/start veg on nutes
2 - solo cup veg to around 12” re-pot in final size
3 - veg room for 2-4 weeks to build foliage
4 - FLIP and sex (if running regs) excess males can also effect the grow. Fill up stages
5 - Flower 8-12 weeks
Harvest by trichs at around 90% cloudy to white. At any given time I need to have plants in all 5 stages to keep things going.

Looking good in there , I’ve started to space my budding plants 3/4 weeks apart liking it gives me a couple weeks to get stuff trimmed and dried till the next batch is ready.

I started with about 20 of these that I was gifted by an Old Head on another site when I first started running seeds. All his gear was old Nirvana, Ace and ASC, including some SK1 x’s he made and a very loud fresh Tanned leather Indica that was just labeled Old Afghan.
I traded and killed quite a few of them learning and also a shit ton of males in the MTF. Have 6 left, if I get a pair I’ll drop the other 3 to make a seed run hopefully. These are the real deal, no use saving them to go bad.

Chugging right along in veg
The 4 flat tops in the back are re-veg females getting hardened for outdoors this year. Have a bunch of fem seeds set aside also that I’ll start early and veg a few weekk on s at least.

Here’s a few on a solid Month + cure (done as far as I am concerned.) find that’s the sweet spot for most hybrids and stored just above 50% in jars. Landrace Sativas take a while longer and are not terp bombs like the poly hybrids of today, made off of their shoulders.

That’s my question too. I’d love to hear what u think of the ufs#18. The ones I ran were a nice relaxing functional high. Good for daytime. My sense of taste and smell is almost shot so I can’t describe the flavor. But it was a good grow.
