My potassium levels are low so I can take potassium tablets or eat more tomato, banana, etc i made my first pot of sauce in a long time…beefsteak tomatoes, celery, garlic, red onions, meatballs, paprika and other spices. Beats taking horse pills

Did a little fishing today got the kayaks out for the first time this season … reservoir water is a bit chilly still 5o degree maybe a water snuck down the backside of the waders … my cheeks were a bit numb when i got to the truck with wet pants … rode home in my undies! lol

Took the grandson and 2 of his friends fishing the last 2 days. Caught a boatload of crappie and bluegill. I also got in lots of fishing knot tying practice…lots.
