I’m curious to see how it goes in ny. The first 2 years were all outdoor plants.
With the licensing process getting more structured and indoor starting to be allowed I can already hear the dispensaries all demanding indoor.

My guess is the freeze cure method… I’ve looked under microscopes at dispensary weed several times and all the trichomes look like what happens in an alien crop circle… all bent over in 1 direction… also all trichomes were only cloudy at best with ZERO AMBER TRICHOMES… and all the ball shaped heads of the trichomes were missing…not sure why it all tastes the same to you… but it definitely has something in common… it’s all friggin garbage grown by likely amateur growers with lots of money to “start up”

My experience, it completely depends on the dispensary and where it gets its weed. I’ve had some of the best looking hand trimmed nugs come from a certain local shop here that buys its product from around the state… there, over time, you learn which brands to keep your eye on.
In comparison, the other shop grows all of its own weed and processes the shit out of it (aggressive machine trimming, flash drying) I would imagine to some degree to get concentrate out of it because they sell their own concentrate as well. The store also has lower prices.
I shop at both. And until recently bought seeds from the company that grows and only one out of six popped so I’m sort of mad at them right now.
I just started growing again though so hopefully I’ll be done with dispensary for the most part pretty soon.
I’m sure the experience varies from state to state/country to country

People have been sentenced to 10 years for a joint in previous draconian times so it has eased that factor for the Marijuana community

Decriminalized is what you want… not legalized…
The only reason I say that is what happens to a whole friggin lot of matijuana after legalization

Sour diesel is a fav of mine… yet from the dispo seems like a very far cry from what I used to get black market wise… just a joke… not worth it at all

No it obviously would not stay there. Changed the schedule here in us so big pharma going to cash in with no lube but the stigma changed during the process where judges cannot do you like before in regards to freedom or less jail time

Right but you had to realize it was not going to stay there. Hedge funders and investors figured how to control and take over the market and it was just a matter of time. I was in CA 1996 on and the market was great for home growers but we all knew writing was on the wall

In the end only the uneducated will go to the dispensary for weed… it takes time… most just don’t realize… but they have to be able to tell the difference in quality, longevity of the effects, high quality vs trash
I know i can tell… and it’s the reason I spent the money to start growing myself … I thought all be damned if they think I’m going to support the same assholes who used to vote to put me in jail… screw that! Lol
