I just did mine and I hope I can get mine replaced. I bought both my fans from the local grow store. I gave all info needed accept the order number. I have the receipts and told them that. I’m sure all will turn out well.

AC infinity emailed me today asking for a screenshot of the purchase from Astral grow… once I provide that, I received my order & tracking information. So Dam PUMPED to get 2 new fans for ZERO $…

Yeah I got that email too. I don’t know if I have my receipts. I did find an emailed receipt for 2 of mine, but I have like 5 I think. Might only be getting 2

Just search your email for the name of the product, it should find all you need.

I was buying them in person at a local grow shop. Usually pay cash. Just recently they updated their system to include email so that’s how I have the receipt for 2. I’ll have to look around to see if I kept the other paper receipt.
Two still gonna be better than nothing.
EDIT
I just did a search for ac infinity in my email instead of the grow shop and I guess I bought 2 from Build A Soils website as well! So now I have receipts for 4!! Thanks for the input.

I submitted my form and got an email that said I needed to show my receipts for the fans I purchased. One time I am glad my wife always makes me put the receipt and books in a file. I had them and emailed last night and today I got the shipping email. They are outta stock it seems but will be here in a few weeks.
Can’t wait for the new fans to arrive.

I got my response and have 4 new fans on the way! Only they inputted my address number wrong. Hopefully they change it before shipping or the mailman will have to do a tiny bit of critical thinking.
