I just received my replacement fan. Thanks to the OP . The quality is amazing and has a wind function, you know where it speeds up and slows down randomly. It also has a lit display to show both fan speed and oscillating speed. I would definitely buy one

Definitely an upgrade. I really like the way you can set the oscillate boundaries.
Little bit bulkier, and you have to run the new cable because the old versions wont clear the input. For most, not a big deal. For me it was a chore only because my runs were tied down and tucked away.

I love that function, Unfortunately it doesnt work if ran through the Controller 69. Hopefully remedied in a future software update.

Hey, not sure if you all know this. But on the new upgraded fans, there is a wind symbol right after level 10. Use it, it’s really cool. Fan speeds up and slows down as to replicate wind… also the fan buttons on the back, setting allow the fan to rotate left to right very narrowly or very widely based on the 1 to 10 light settings. AMAZING upgrade as per the construction and software.
FAN tactic actually.

Interesting thread. Sadly my cheap ass had bought 2 A6’s a year or so ago since I did not trust the osc and did not want to fork out the extra money. Kicking myself for being so cheap now…
