Really comes down to what you are looking for. The 88G13HP male tends to let the mothers side be more dominant and add better structure and resin production. The Wookie male is better if you are looking for more of a hybrid plant. My experience with the wookie is that it add a sweeter profile to plants and the buds seem to have a lighter structure.
If your intentions are just to dig through the F1’s looking for a keeper, I’d say the 88G13HP is a better bet. If you are looking for more of a hybrid between the mother and the father, then the Wookie is what you want.
I feel like the wookie hybrids really shine when you start to dig through the F2’s. Thats where you can really finds some special plants.

Personally, I feel like Snow Lotus and Appalachia were significantly better males. Both of those males added to the already amazing mothers with just enough of a hybrid flair.
The OMG male I feel like it increased yield and adds a more diverse spectrum of cannabinoids to their progeny. The effects from smoking those always seem to be more of a “full Spectrum” high.
It is really hard to go wrong with Bodhi’s releases. It just comes down to if you are committed to working the line to a F2 or F3 to search for something unique.
I’ve made this mistake in the past along with many others here, I’ve bought so many seeds that I felt obligated to grow them out. This caused me to put most of my F2’s on the back burner. But every time I went back to the F2’s I always would find something really nice and kick my self for putting it off for so long.
@syzygy pick up one of those packs you had listed and make F2’s and dig through those, use the saved funds on upgrading you set-up and trade the F2’s on here for some more cultivars. You’ll find better genetics here on OG than in most seedbanks that are around.
i gotta say i wasn’t a fan of the ‘very few’ wookie crosses i grew… 88g13hp crosses tho, consistently deliver!
me too haha i definitely want to grow soul food but i grew too many of those crosses i’m trying other stuff out next but yeah… the pinesoul cut definitely had that insane lemon power
I always thought that one would be pine smelling. I’ve grown the Jungle Spice F2’s twice and only 4 plants each time and I’ve found a pine pheno each time. This is the pack labeled number 7 by lefty. He did a great job on reproducing these and separating the different phenos into separate seed packs.
I have grown the Phone Home and it turned out alright, but no where near as good as Black Triangle. I have a pack of Love Triangle that I have not gotten around to, hopefully soon though.
The Phone Home definitely leaned harder to the wookie side of things. Still quite potent but not nearly as strong as TK on its own. It did lose the sharp OG smell and taste. Like I said previously, the Wookie tends to make more of a true hybrid. If you are into the Wookie, then its a dream come true.
I made a few F2’s for the future, and thats where something special will appear.
