Have you ever eaten a 45-day dry-aged steak? It’s probably one of the most delicious things in the world haha.
I’m not saying you (or those people you mentioned) are “wrong,” we’re just talking here haha. I also won’t listen to the things you mentioned, just because I’m not interested in changing things up. And I hate podcasts haha, which are really just re-branded talk radio. I’d rather listen to music. I’m not old enough (yet) to spend my time listening to talk radio.
Whatever works for you. I’m not here to convince anybody to change haha. I do like hanging the plants whole, although I also usually break everything down around day ten or so and put the plants into brown paper bags for a few days before I start trimming. Like Ottafish alluded to, the conditions here change so much from day to day that every time I dry, it’s an adventure.
It’s all a journey… haha.

Yea it’s not about the destination. Everyone has what works for them. I do like to try new methods because it makes it fun to experiment and could learn something along the way.
