This phenotype became as fine as my other ukhrul pheno that I call Stilete. Both have very thin leaves.
I called my ukhrul rat’s tail “rat’s tail” because the tips of its leaflets have a large unclosed section, which reminds me of the tail of a rat. in this photo you can see
Any little tidbit of information is good information. Not mimicking the light cycle from where a landrace is from might be a big mistake. Thanks for the info!
@Arbac looking good!
A while ago I tried to germinate some Shiv’s kashmir bunguz valley, but I was not successful. Then I tried a method with coconut water, dragon’s tooth smoothie and peroxide and the two smallest seeds sprouted, 2 millimeters in diameter. To my surprise, these plants do not seem like a plant with indica influence, like other lines from Kashmir, the hash plant was introduced in Kashmir many years ago. It spread quickly, replacing the old Himalayan sativa, which seemed to have
disappeared. Baramulla is one of the few Kashmirs that look quite sativa, like the old Himalayan sativas that were in Kashmir in the past.
Barramulla, ILE
The Bunguz valley is quite close to the Barramulla valley. and a little less physically close, but more connected to Lolab Valley,
.
Lo Lab Valley, ILE
I wonder if this Bunguz Valley will be a different genetic pool? Or will it be related to these neighboring pools? Or will it be more of a wild genetic pool? Or a crop that stopped being cultivated, but sprouted only year after year and went wild.
These two Kashmir Bunguz Valleys seem to have leaves from the ancient sativa plants of the Kashmir Himalayas. I wouldn’t be surprised if they found more phenotypes
for example in trimbak Shiv says that there are two phenos, the photos that show it, it is a candelabra pheno, I would say a more Pakistani sativa Pheno (with a very similar appearance to the Peshawar of Upstqte, branches and tails that seek verticality). On the other hand, the pheno that came out to me is an ancient Indian pheno. with a branching that tends to horizontality, with a flower arrangement like an ancient Kerala (not the current one) or like an ancient Andra, like the black and white photos of India or like an orisha that is related to the ancient Kerala. trimbak indi pheno has a great similarity in horizontal branching, leaf shape, leaf colors, stems and petioles.like A Nepal kadmandu
Dang brother! I had to do a double take. The picture right above yours of that 1893/4 India report shows a remarkably similar looking plant. Wow.
Look at the tops of the plants. Neato!
This is what I told you the other day, that this trimbak was reminiscent of the really old Indian ones. Although now the lower branches are beginning to hang like in some Nepal
I pollinated the lower branches with a male punto rojo red pheno , but the whole plant is full of seeds, I think I went too far with the pollen hahahahaha. there will be no harvest without seed
Is that even possible,? Lol. Nice grow brother. I love getting to see new genetics grown. Nice resin
Trimbak has impressive resin production. What direct smells and stem rub smells are you getting at this time?
@Arbac Your plants look amazing. Great job! Please keep me in mind if you make more Bunguz Valley seeds. I was hoping to get some from Shiv, but the universe had other plans.
Did you get Kashmir from @G-paS Freakers repro @PineTarBastard ? Should be plenty of seeds.
I haven’t heard from Shiv in a bit. I hope he comes thru for you. Anyone else still waiting? You might be the last one.
Yes my brother, I overdid it, pollen storm hahahahaha
When you rub the stems of Timbak you smell sweet mushroom, but the flowers smell like myrcene, faint musk, faint carrot leaves.
Shiv’s Kashmir Bunguz Valley I only have two plants now, one is female, the other has not been sexed.
But for some very strange reason the dwarf seeds sprouted and the normal seeds did not sprout.
I will try to germinate the ones I have left, let’s hope it goes better for me.
Brother, I’ll send you seeds as soon as I make a few, I’m sorry that Shiv hasn’t given you your seeds after so long.
You are very kind. Thank you. I’d be happy to return the favor.
Seeds had to have been different ages? Less food in a small seed…so you’d think it would lose vigor first.
