Nicely done @rasterman

I put a small number on the lid and keep a notebook with each individual strain and its number written down. Its a lot faster now.

Number/code on the lid as Magu suggested and/or put the “coordinates” in your list, like row/column of the vial in the box.

I want to welcome all here to join the thread, Take Seeds, leave seeds, landrace edition. I believe there are very nice and powerful Indian landrace cannabis varieties worthy of adoption by others and cherished. In this thread, all landraces from all countries are valued. I would love to see Indian genetics here represented, presented and traded…
Rules are that you may take seeds you see you are interested in, but in exchange you must offer seeds of another landrace to the next person. You pay to ship, and except the price to ship to the next person regardless of location. Sometimes you pay a bit extra to send outside your country, but its well worth it overall. After all, the seeds you claim have to be paid for to be sent to you.

Thanks, Brother. I think I’m ok for now though.
Like most of us here, I’ve got more beans than I could ever use for the rest of my life on earth. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: and I think I’m gonna spend some time just focusing on the Kashmir landrace stuff… and not running off in 10 different directions at once

I wouldn’t know anything about doing something like that myself:wink::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face::lying_face:

Those plants look like an acclimated Kush. I mean exactly like an acclimated Kush. I have a congo plant that I am pretty sure is very similar to what is shown in the upper picture. A theory i have about this ( Congo) is that it has begun to change morphology since the 50s when it was introduced to the Congo, but after seeing that picture, I have to wonder if the acclimated Kush I find in the Congo today wasn’t already acclimated to a tropical climate over a hundred twenty five years ago in India? I mean, that’s how Kush ended up in the Congo…from Indians. Sure would explain how a Kush was able to survive and procreate in the brutal Congo jungle. Man, look at mini cousin" It", and tell me that would look out of place in Kandahar today.

I love weed history. THAT would have been a great college course.

Hey @Upstate . You should write a book about landraces. History, paths of distribution ect…. I think you could make some serious cash. :rainbow:
