I do a 3 week veg ( but straight to 12/12 works too. )I don’t know personally if it makes a difference but it may help prevent hermaphrodites giving plants a veg time.
I like to veg them like 3 to 4 weeks depending on how fast they grow

The Shiv delivs!
.
To the uk came Meghalaya Trimbak Bhadra and Ukhrul.
I feel happier now.
This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
What a beautiful sight!
Corona, be damned. The package has arrived from India!!! It took a long time, but that package was a sight for sore eyes.
If your main issue is detection, and boy howdy do I know that balls to the wall feeling of a 16 week flower time in an illegal country… Then loads of training, tie down, topping, lst, hst.
Also grow marigolds and other plants around your girl. Marigolds particularly help mask the smell and deter some pests. Plus peppermint also great for both purposes. Esp. Good vs ants farming scale peppermint.
If it’s the actual grow then that unfortunately can only be gained by experience. One reason I grow and breed autos, they are nice and quick turn around, don’t get too big and descrete af outdoors.
Hope you can get to grow some nice sativa outdoors bro. It really is amazing.
Did USPS deliver that?
Yes. It traveled via IndiaPost to USPS. Total travel time was about 17 business days.
@romanoweed lives in Switzerland. His main problem is his love of Southeast Asian landraces and no indoor space to grow them in. Outdoors he has had surprising success considering the latitude and other obstacles he has to overcome.
I used to use Marigolds and other companion plants too. Great way to grow and some good additional herbs to harvest in the fall.
That’s excellent news!
Man, it was such a relief to see that odd looking envelope in the mailbox. I have a Manipur Burma outdoors that has been dragging it’s feet, growing slowly. That delivery of exotic and truly rare genetics really made my day. Shiv is a good guy. This distance of one ocean and 10 time zones, the pall of Corona, mass hysteria made for a fog of uncertainty. Now… Steady as she goes. Onward.
incredible! i can honestly say the ganja or charas in India was easily the best most intense and unique cannabis experience of my life, have had plenty of others, but ive not been able to experience anything quite like it since the month i spent in southern India. Ive been wanting to experiment with making concentrate from various N. Indian cultivars but in truth i know its so far from the same conditions that to replicate the experience is a long shot at best, of course thats just my tip of the iceberg so hats off to you all on your incredible ganja journeys
This 100% anecdotal until otherwise proven by a peer-reviewed scientific study:
But in my experience, choosing fully flowering males that don’t mold, improves resistance. Hell, keeping males in higher humidity environments really puts pressure on them too (obviously, I know, sorry)
But take that with your daily dose of sodium-chloride.
@Shiv9545 Thank you for being trustworthy my friend…the package arrived today in Ontario Canada
I’m sure many will be happy to know packages are making it through. It was registered mail & I had to sign for it…
Can anyone help me with what these names are and where I can find info about them… Thanks to me it looks like BHADRA & GADCHI Strains .
@Upstate can you tell me anything about the
GADCHI & BHADRA…
Bhadra is the eighth wife of Krishna in Hindu religion not sure about the strain, the word actually represents a few different deities and also a mountain. There is a bhadra wildlife reserve also might have some tiger weed
I have this one as well when I message Shiva I asked him which ones would be good indoors
He said bhadra and Meghalaya with some training would do well
If any one has any info on flowering time especially please let me know
I’ve just received some seeds from the region of Ukhrul, 12 to be exact and i intend on making seeds from them. You guys seem to know a thing or 2 about these varieties so i thought I might pick your brain a bit. Given what you mentioned about this variety, would you recommend on open pollination or a selective pollination? and if selective what sorts of traits should I select?
