Landraces of India

Does anyone know how soon I can flip an Indian landrace into flower or show sex? Exact strain is unknown. I have the plant in a small pot going in a shaded area for about 45 days. Plant has about 6 nodes.

Fentanyl has already reached our shores.

We know that too well where we live…:v:t3:

I flipped mine after 37 days under 11/13 light schedule. the Odishas took about 25-30 days after flip to show sex. Hope this helps.

Anytime will work now that 45 days are up. If it’s something like Kashmir, you’ll be happy about the veg. If it’s something like Odisha you may need to take and flower a cutting(s), depending on the container size it’s now in.

I don’t care for it myself anymore. I prefer to smoke too.

Soros will back any group that brings instability to a nation. The Naxals are commies. He backs any and all commies. I didn’t realize they were in Manipur now too. Their stronghold had been located west of bengal From what I remember.
Googling Naxal it Looks like they’ve possibly relocated strongholds from what I see on a map if they are now in Manipur.

They’ve lost lots of territory.

It’s in a 6 inch pot meant for kitchen herbs. Plant is just shy of a foot in height. I don’t think it’s of Kashmir origin as that strain rarely makes it down here for sale to be smoked. Most likely from Odisha or one of the south Indian states.

I’d start flowering now if it’s a South Indian. It will want to get big if pure @DamnItsARunt

Thanks. Any idea on how long of a flowering period I should expect once I switch to 10-14?

Are you sure you’re from the west bro @Upstate
It looks to me like you know more about India than most Indians that I know LoL
A smoke session with you would be worth more than going to the library :green_heart::green_heart::green_heart:

Isn’t the good shit in the south though? No CBD synthase, heady, meditative, expansive.

Hash in the north

Bhang / ganja in the south

back in the day - it was all good.

no couch-lock in any of it

I certainly would think so.
In the south it’s mostly flowers that’s smoked with a little hash and oil extracts that’s seldom available.
In the North, they press the resin to make hash as the humidity in the region isn’t suitable for storage/trade of flowers.
Regarding THC/CBD %, it’s still yet to be deeply studied and I would like to think there’s a lot of variation in the expression of different phenotypes within each region.
Some of the flowers I’ve smoked back in the day (south) would send me into a quest in search of my higher Self that eventually led me to my Guru. :green_heart::v:t3::slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks I will say i’m having a hard time keeping them happy. I can’t get the nutes right.
Over fed and since then I’ve only been feeding water to get some of the excess N they were showing out.

I’ll start will a very very lite bloom fed only tomorrow since they are just losing a bunch of fan leaves with many more weeks to go.( yellowing then falling off).

It’s a learning process for sure.

Back home with a Malana Garage update, she’s charging along and looks like she’ll finish, even in her shady spot where only the tops get more than a few hours of sunlight. Odors when I handle the plant right now are terpinolene weedy with a strong lemon scent like the wet wipes at a BBQ place and some grapey candy too.

Hard to say without knowing what it is. 16-20 weeks minus a bit due to the veg, most likely.

Beautiful! Tough week of weather forecast here. Nothing that will kill, but Nothing to help a plant thrive either. Can’t wait to see how this one makes it through. What’s your forecast?
Here’s mine.

Smooth sailing here, buddy! We are reaping all the benefits of a good late fall in the Connecticut River Valley, weather has finally fallen into normal New England autumn with leaves changing and pumpkins and shit:
