Only grown it once. I’m now looking forward to growing it crossed with @Purple-N-Hairys GSC. He is calling it Cookieland. His GSC looks absolutely amazing! I’m really hoping his super solid GSC comes through in the cross.

I think I remember when he crossed them. At that point I just put on to the whole JOTI thing. I like to see how the Cookieland comes out.

K here we go!
Here is a shot of the whole shabang.
The Blueberry Auto is front and center drunk leaning to the side. Taking its good old time about things. I’m sure the feeling is mutual. I practically gave up on the thing. She still gets her EC 1.0 and ph put back if there’s a shift. But that’s about it.
The Gelato will be at day 70 from sprout tomorrow.
If I was to check her bucket I would put money on that the PH drift up to 6.3 and EC will be at 1.1
Hopscotch Day 50 of flower. Seems longer somehow.
She has actually stepped it up a little bit filling out. I was getting worried there for a minute. I did just remove a whole bunch of crap from her under side that was trying its hardest to make its way to the top. People that lollipop would say that’s why her flowers fattened up. People that don’t would say it’s a coincidence. So who knows. As for her bucket. I would say her EC climbed a little. I remember checking the PPM because I’m not used to EC quite yet. It was at 1060 on 500 scale. Ph should be stable. If it did go anywhere it went up to 6. Nothing crazy like the Gelato. Damn autos.
I clipped a little bud off the Gelato for my cousin to try out. I’m not a good test subject because I don’t smoke everyday. It’s mostly for the family.
I will be back with the final report on where the buckets truly stand.

Well damn I was way off. Way to keep me on my feet.
The Hopscotch actually dropped in PH to 4. EC did climb to 4.0. Didn’t fuss at all. I wouldn’t have guessed obviously. Good job on that @Hoppy. I have to say I really only had issues with her one time that was over feeding too early. That was my fault. So 
for that. After I got her water level back to where it supposed to be her EC is at 2.2. Just adding water and 10ml of homemade BUD CANDY and a little ph up. No problem.
Believe it or not the Gelato stayed stable. EC 1.1 and ph 5.7. She must know she’s getting the Chop Chop soon. It’s a little to late to start getting her act together now. She needs to pass it on to her sisters.

I forgot she was supposed to turn purple. Hopefully this is just the start.
Now some of my tops are a little light in color.
It’s something I’ve been watching for a lil bit. The lights are definitely close enough. To close for comfort in my opinion.

Message. I get that the likes have to be worth something. If we had unlimited amount of likes they would be worthless. I don’t think people would make another handle to give themselves likes. Whenever I get this msg I tend to want to put my phone down for that duration. I thought when my like my likes doubled I would notice. Nope. I guess I like everyone too much.

@LilJonB I hate to say it man, she’s got a ways to go. But happy happy happy on the color change. Sadly that was my main focus on your grow. Looking at your buds I think (fantastic btw) they’re still weeks away. I too had a little trouble feeding seedlings but after week 4 or 5 I rocked them. She’s strong be proud of her. Send me your address again I’ve got something for ya. You might pay attention and pick off the ready seeds so you dont loose them. I picked for two or three weeks before cutting. Good work. Btw look underneath the leaves on the colorful flower see if theres purple leaking on the underside. Just curious.

Yeah she’s definitely got a whole other month left at least. So I’m not really planning on starting any seeds anytime soon. That’s why I wasn’t pressed to see any color yet. The color purple was the biggest thing that sold me on the Hopscotch. I’m not going to lie. I’m sure it’s the main attraction for most I’m sure. That’s not the only reason. The 4 strains they were made from like the Romulan and GG#4 not to mention the GDP obviously are all very good strains. I can tell she’s going to produce very well. As soon as the Gelato is done the Hopscotch is going to get the whole tent. I’m looking forward to see how she responds. I’m not disappointed at all. She’s been a very easy fun grow. I will be doing another one outside this year.
As for the purple underneath. It’s not starting there.
I know it’s a little difficult to see right now. Most of the color I’m seeing is starting at the tips. This pic is from the branch that I pollinated. So it looks more mature then the plant really is.
I know it’s difficult to see but there is a deep purple starting from the outside of the sugar leaf looks like it’s going to work its way in.
I can tell there is going to be color in the plant. I can’t capture what I’ve been seeing in the leaves with a picture. I know in about a week we will see a big difference in what’s going on in that department. She just really started filling out the past few days. She’s got a real fruity smell. I’m wanting to let the seeds grow and mature as long as possible. These will be given out to the regulars on this thread (You know who you are if you want them). Hope that’s fine with you @Hoppy. Maybe I can make something to catch them as they fall. But I will keep my eye out. Thanks for the heads up.

I know I’ve been really trashing this Gelato lately. I need to stop. But every time I look at her it’s like she’s mocking me of what a shit job I did. Come on Monday flush day! Mabe she will make up for it in the smoke. Who knows. She dose smell good kinda like a skunky Carmel smell…

I noticed that after I get back from a time not growing and start back I notice how messy it can be. I got 2 bins.
And 2 boxes
How much crap do you need to grow two plants at a time? Not going to get into water storage. Nope.
Well the flush is done. Edit meaning I just added just water. It still has at least 5 more days to go.

These super long stems. Just makes her look messy.
So what did I learn from this grow.
Not to have high expectations. There not all going to be pretty the way you want em.
And what @dequilo once told me. Just have fun with it. Don’t make it a job.

So true!! I enjoy growing them and want them to be their best but mother nature isn’t perfect all the time.
