THIS CHOCOLATE THAI IS AN IMPORT THAT’S BEEN WORKED ,IT HAS VERY LITTLE HERMAPHRODISM,
IT’S GOT A BUSH AND XMAS TREE TYPES, VERY STRONG STEMS THAT CAN TURN RED ,AND FLOWERS THAT CAN TURN PURPLE,
IT’S A VERY UP ENERGETIC HEAD HIGH WITH A WELL BEING FEELING,BUT WITH NO CEILINGS IT CAN BE OVERWHELMING IF TO MUCH IS CONSUMED, ESPECIALLY IN EDIBLE FORM ,
TERPS ARE CHOCO ,OLD WORLD TOBACCO,LEATHER,ANISE,LEMON
SLOW FLOWER WITH THE 16 WEEKS FLOWER BEING THE BEST
I think @Guitarzan may have that one. I’d almost guarantee he would let it go to the right person for a seed run unless he has other plans for it. How old are the seeds?
Energetic Head High. My favorite
THIS CHOCOLATE THAI IS AMAZING BY ITSELF OR COMBINED WITH OTHER LINES. YOU Won’t BE DISAPPOINTED. A TRUE HEIRLOOM TO BE KEPT, GOWN AND SHARED WITH OTHERS.
SOLID PLANTS 2 MAIN GREEN PHENOTYPES AND 1 PURPLE, THOUGH THERE ARE PLENTY OF RECESSIVE TRAITS WHICH WILL COME THROUGH. UPRIGHT STRUCTURE ON SOME AND OTHERS MORE OF A CENTRAL COLA WITH MANY SIDE BRANCHES THAT LEAN TO THE SIDE LIKE A WEEPING WILLOW OR TRADITIONAL THAI FORM. OTHERS WILL BE SMALLER AND HAVE A FEW LARGER COLAS WITH MANY SMALLER FLOWERS FORMED BENEATH IN A CANDELABRA STRUCTURE. VERY POTENT, INTENSE HIGH, EUPHORIC, COLORFUL, BRIGHT AND SOARING, ENERGETIC LONG DURATION HIGH.
FLOWER INDOORS: 16 WEEKS PLUS, OUTDOORS: DEPENDS ON PHENOTYPE, LATE SEPTEMBER TO AUGUST
I asked Snow about this one, and he said it’s Drawoh’s line. As far as possibly donating them for a run, those seeds are quasi-spoken for, so we’d have to have a conversation about that. But, shoot me a DM, and we’ll see what we can work out.
Jeez IDK, SeedsForMe is run by Annunaki Genetics, they seem to be a Snowhigh dealer since they have stuff for preorder, so I’m not sure exactly when these would be from, but they’re probably well stored since it’s a breeder retailing them.
He’s sometimes got Drawoh’s Chocolate Thai F2.5 as he calls it, and some crosses with that or Chocolate Trip like his Cocoa Puffs. The 2.5 is the slightly refined version of the OG Drawoh to my memory.
Not to drag this too far from Chocolate Thai, but I did find two other strains from Snowhigh listed as collaborations with Drawoh:
Some Snowhigh Chocolate Thai content from his Instagram:
@Emeraldgreen the pack @Guitarzan has is not the one I posted with the BSHW, he has the P2 x P3 not the BX. Snowhigh has, at my last count, something like a half dozen Chocolate Thais or more. It is not unusual for him to call some with other genetics in it Chocolate Thai, I believe his stance on it is that there is no such thing as a one chocolate thai, it’s a family of types all closely related and with some hybridization.
@Emeraldgreen I learn a lot reading his IG and strain listings from the past, John really understands landraces and heirloom genetics like few other people alive, and one of the things I appreciate is his reluctance to crown anything as “the one”, because he knows just how diverse landrace populations are and how mutable the formulas for a lot of famous heirlooms can be.
there are chocolate/mint pheno in thai landraces, I know guy who found one in red thai from RSC. but the effect is mild you know. it can piss you off if you find chocolate pheno in thai landrace, and it is not that bomb you know hahahahahah.
drawohs one is not pure thai for sure. I grew about 7 females of it, dont remember now, and it was wierd smelling and little fruity too, not bad smoke, but not that uhm effect typical for good thai. and no luck for chocolate smell…
I think value of chocolate thai is that it is not only chocolate, but it has also that thai high. and strong, not mild or just okay. but super strong and very very long lasting.
my chocolate funk, mother is chocolate thai/hawaian indica and I hit it with my tom hill haze male, who brings chocolate phenos, not only in this cross, but in this cross it should be the most frequent.
Honestly I think if I couldn’t have the combo of chocolate taste and potent high I would be happier with a mild effect and true chocolate flavor then just some strong weed that an extra month or more of growing didn’t throw some flavor for the effort.
